I have been working with Jon for the past three months, and he has made a huge difference in my life in that short time. After our initial consultation and discussion of my goals, he taught me about macros-based eating, which along with the exercise plan he devised, led to me losing 23 pounds (with only 1 pound of muscle lost).

Additionally, what really stands out about Jon is his attention to detail. He has an incredible eye for form and technique, always noticing the small things (such as foot position, grip, posture, etc.) that make a big difference. His knowledge of exercise, movement, and nutrition is impressive, but what I really appreciate most is his ability to communicate why we’re doing something and how it helps me reach my goals.

Jon is an amazing individual. Training me while I am injured! Today marks two weeks in.

TRAINS AROUND INJURIES:
I came in with degenerative disc disease and meniscus tear in my right knee. (Two injuries) daily suffering pains.

I couldn’t sit long, stand long, lay in bed long, waking up with lower back pains. Basically hell.

I couldn’t squat or walk up/down stairs. Now.. two weeks later I’m doing both.

My pains have subsided to virtually non existent.

Jon trains with your injuries in mind. Constantly reminding & checking that you are not over extending and making sure you don’t stimulate any of your injury triggers.

He’s always asking questions like:
How was movement you just did, did it affect your knee? Shoulder? Back?

Jon is fierce in making sure your injuries are not activated.

COMMUNICATION:
Jon is an active listener and provides excellent communication.

Jon explains concepts in laymen, with vivid visuals, so they stick to your mind, therefore allowing you... to perform the function without concentric effort. Don’t think - just do!

ENERGY & ALIVE:
I leave our sessions feeling energized and confident. My injuries have healed tremendously. Virtually non existent.

Prior to training with Jon, I suffered daily with pains from both lower back and my right knee.

I am on a high right now, because Jon, has literally brought my health back.

As someone who previously had reservations about adding weight training to my routine Jon was the PERFECT 👌🏽 bridge to calm my anxiety, and reshape my view about lifting weights.
