Best fitness center in Lawton. Also, best kept secret. They recently renovated it. It was an upgrade, though it didn't really need much. Their fee is most likely the cheapest in town. I always see a lot of cars, but there are several rooms, so hardly see any people..I love the twenty four seven access for when you have a tight schedule or just need to walk or lift weights. They have showers and a big restroom. They have music. Key cards are used which makes it safe.They have energy drinks and bottled water. Also, the dressing area is big but cozy and really cute. Been coming here over a year. Met some super people. Its around thirty feet from Braums, and a great Chinese food drive thru. There is a clothing store fifteen feet away. You can literally walk ten feet to the bowling alley and get you a burger or drink or beer after your workout, or even bowl. Its in a business district close to all kinds of stores and restaurants and a Walmart down the street.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a long time, and it truly feels like my second home. Caleb and Tuesday are an awesome duo. Caleb brings those golden retriever vibes, super welcoming and positive while Tuesday has a no-nonsense, “let’s get it done” energy that keeps you motivated.
The members I’ve met so far have all been friendly, and the gym itself is clean and well-maintained. I love the 24/7 access, secure entry, plus the added perks like a sauna, showers, and tanning beds. There’s a great mix of equipment, some classic, some modern.
The pricing is fair too. You pay the annual fee upfront, which means no surprise charges down the line. Overall, it feels like a solid, honest gym with a great atmosphere.

Wow What an awesome gym, I came in from Oklahoma city looking for a gym, and found this one. It's laid back, tons of machines to workout on, and Caleb one of the employees awesome katt, showed me to their sauna I can't express enough how much i enjoyed my visit. I highly recommend this gym, if you're looking for non judgemental place to workout in this is it, come on in 🤙🏼💯 💪🏼
