4.5 ☆ Owner/manager was very nice and accommodating, but you have to go when "someone is here to let you in". Not responsive on the socials so go during normal hours. $5 cash a day is very worth it. It's a small gym w one set of kg plates, one platform, one DL platform, a couple squat racks... The dogs are very friendly, but may be intimidating or in the way. The whole place and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Def will visit when in the area again and would recommend.

Coach Felicia takes her clients to where they want to be! Her facility, and the people who embody it, are some of the best humans I have ever met! Clean facility with four-legged friends to love on some days. 24 hour access available, classes, and tanning. If you are looking for a gym to call home... look no further!!

I just switched to Kaizen after working out at planet fitness for 6 months, have only been here a month or so but it's an amazing gym. The atmosphere is laid back, the people are chill and friendly, the gym is clean, and the owner, Felecia, seems cool. I really enjoy that it's never too busy that you have to wait for machines or anything like that. Very good place to workout and would definitely recommend.

Incredible gym with an incredible mission. The gym is always clean and has great vibes. The environment is great and it really is a gym family/community. Felicia is absolutely amazing and pursuing her true calling. I love that it’s a woman owned gym and she wants everyone to feel comfortable. I also really enjoy the fact that it’s pet friendly. It makes my day to see all the dogs! I would recommend to everyone

Good gym. Not too busy when it gets late which is nice. Good equipment, been going for the past month or so. Almost everyone is nice, a few immature people but that's everywhere anymore. The lady that runs the gym is on top of things and will kick you out if you act like a fool which is nice.

Kaizen is such a phenomenal gym. There is such a beautiful sense of community when you walk into this building. There’s never a time that I’ve walked through the door and not been greeted by a friendly face or a kind hello. I’ve met so many incredible, strong individuals who want nothing but the best for the people around them. Our gym owner Felicia is a wonderful woman who strives to make everyone that steps foot in this building feel welcome and comfortable. And she succeeds tremendously at this. Every time I walk away from Kaizen, my cup is filled mentally and spiritually and I feel like I can conquer my day! The gym can be a very intimidating place. But the environment that has been built around Kaizen will make you want to get up and put that work in every day! Love love LOVE Kaizen Strength🤍

I love this gym, it is run very well and the atmosphere that has been created is the best I have ever seen at a gym. The negative reviews you see are from people whose conduct was horrific and disruptive to all other members. That's what I like about this place, she is more concerned with having a healthy environment for people to work hard than she is about taking people's money at any cost.
