Dropped in at CrossFit Koda a few times while I was in Oklahoma City for the TFX competition, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The coaches and members were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The workouts were challenging, fun, and well structured and the coaches were super attentive and engaged the entire time. Great energy, great programming, and a community that truly makes you feel at home.

I'm not naturally the most coordinated or athletically gifted person. I get embarrassed or frustrated at myself when I can't do something or can't seem to master a movement, but hear nothing but positive feedback and constructive criticism. The coaches and other members are so supportive and I love the accountability this community brings to the table. It's such a great, healthy environment. I'm super grateful to be a part of this community!

I don’t know where I would be without Koda. The family and friendly feel of the gym makes it truly a special place. The ensemble of gifted and personable coaches and staff has to be among the best in the nation. I have to also give a shout-out to their apparel line, which is impressively thought out and supportive of the culture. Even a beefcake Engineer friend of mine makes it a goal to have every neutral tone article in their catalog. Well done on all levels. Koda means friend.

Koda has changed my life for the better.

This place is more than a Crossfit gym. It is a group of well-intentioned and educated individuals that want to help you become the person you want to be. It doesn't matter where you are coming from, what kind of shape you are in, if you can lift 500 lbs over your head or only 5. The coaches and members here are all there for each other. You will not find a better place to become more fit and make more friends thank Koda Crossfit. I enjoy my time with Koda every week. I started with them coming to our corporate gym and just couldn't get enough so I joined the regular box as well. They have worked with me with my limitations to make sure to push me but to let me listen to my body and not hurt myself. I have gotten stronger, faster, leaner and more important Healthier. Everyone says "I cant do crossfit it looks to hard". Koda helps you figure out a way to get in till you can. The hardest part is just showing up. After a class you cant wait to come back. With a highly trained and motivated staff it is hard to not get excited about each days workout. You don't have to be young or in shape to start just come with a mindset that you want to improve yourself.

Koda has been a great change of pace from a traditional gym. The coaches ensure that you get the attention you need and that you learn the concepts behind the movements. Koda is a very high energy enevironment and a very welcoming, tight knit group of people. All of the members are very encouraging and take the time to help some of the less experienced members out. The programming is great and they constantly are going through various cycles, i.e. snatch cycle, gymnastics cycle, shoulder. They also make sure you have exposure to nutrional advice. Hands down best box in the OKC Metro!

I joined Koda CrossFit at the beginning of 2013 after taking a couple of test sessions. Outside of occasionally cycling during cycling season, I had resolved to live a sedentary lifestyle. I was more than 40 lbs over the ideal weight recommended by my physician, inflexible, sleep-deprived, grumpy, and injury-prone. Running hurt, lifting the kids hurt, and bending over made my right hip howl.

My wife had joined Koda several months before and was reaping the benefits of the workouts. After continuous, subtle recommendations to give Koda a try, she eventually talked me into going to a class. I had lost strength acquired from seeing a Personal Trainer before my kids were born and it showed. The first few classes were a shock to the system, but Jared, Brice and the Koda community kept encouraging me (still do) to get the technique down, work hard, eat well, and have fun. Almost 4 months later, I am down more than 25 lbs and 4" off my waist. I can lift more, run faster and do things I haven't done since I was in my late 20s. My flexibility, mobility, mood and sleep habits are all better. The best thing is I can play with the kids and not get tired.

Koda CrossFit is more than your local CrossFit Box. The coaches care about your safety and technique first. You are accepted and not judged if you have to scale down. Each day has a different workout that keeps things interesting. The people are genuine, fun, and encouraging. I am very pleased I made the decision to give it a shot. I highly recommend Koda CrossFit to anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle.

Koda Crossfit is the bee's knees!! As a former non-believer of crossfit, Koda definitely changed my mind. The staff is the best and everyone at the gym is super welcoming and encouraging. I'm so glad I joined!!!!

I was very nervous attending my first class at Koda, but it turned out great! Everyone there was super friendly and the staff was excellent. I was only planning on attending a couple times a week, but after my first class I was hooked and I ended up signing up for the unlimited package. After two months of crossfit with Koda I am seeing, and feeling, results that I never saw after years in traditional gyms. My mobility, flexibility, and endurance have dramatically improved. I can never see myself going back to a traditional gym, the social environment and the variety of exercises keeps me constantly focused, entertained, and wanting more. I would highly recommend Koda to anyone considering crossfit or anyone wanting to get into the best shape of their lives!

Koda is a great box. Workouts are well programmed and easy to scale. Form and safety are the coaches' priorities. There is plenty of space and equipment enough for larger classes. There is a big core group of regulars and visitors are made welcome. I recommend!

My family and I love this gym! The trainers are the best and the other members are very friendly and welcoming. Each class is structured and stays on schedule. Brice, Jared and the other coaches are constantly watching to help, encourage or make corrections. Brice and Jared are awesome with my kids and create a very positive experience for them. They also give helpful nutritional advice if you want it. My wife and I recommended Koda Crossfit to friends and they all love it. It's as challenging and competitive as you want to make it, and is highly addictive!
