The gym has been going downhill for quite sometime. I used to enjoy coming here but it’s changed.

They used to have dress codes but the manager and one of trainers never enforce.

Children, all ages, from diapers to prek, element aged etc are all over the place. Parents including the employees being their children and allow them to “work out” in the heavy equipment room. You have to constantly listen to kids crying running playing and watch for little fingers and wait your turn while the 5 yr old does “his set.”

The children’s “play place” used to be supervised but it’s not. Holes in wall, a tv, filthy floors, no play equipment, fighting, crying kids (there are no walls just a fence) Always hear parents getting into their kids. They should have placed it down the hall so kids can’t see their parents and we can be less distracted.

Equipment is basic and falling apart. Signs on some of them “out of order” and yet it never gets replaced.

It’s absolutely filthy. Dust dirt caked on cables, equipment, etc.

Restrooms: Showers are disgusting. No soap or shampoos. No towels. You literally have to take your own stuff. Shower curtains are flimsy dollar tree.

Clorox wipes for people to use to “disinfect” the equipment which if you have been in gyms you know they just use a special disinfectant as to not spread MRSA. No one, I mean no one, wipes down equipment.

Air conditioner is very rarely on and the response is always “we’re here to sweat.” No we pay to workout indoors and that includes heat and air.

It smells like mildew and sewage. Owner has always hired a skeleton crew.

Owner is not nice to females.

I hear a new owner is taking over and I pray they make the “no children” allowed rule like other gyms. It’s a liability after all and I’m tired of stumbling over car seats and kids running around. I pray they clean it because it’s nasty. I pray they do something about the morning class that the women act like they own the place. (As a new girl they were not accommodating. They have their “spots” and won’t move to fit anyone new.

Also read read read the contract. Very carefully. They will automatically renew after 12 months.

Great place to work out and clear your head. Never any judgmental stares. No matter what your fitness level, or goal it's definitely achievable here. It's even got a little play area for the kiddos. Honestly never been happier giving a place my money every month lol

The staff is nice but the problem is the place is filthy. Bathrooms are filthy. Sinks look like they haven’t been washed in months. Gym should be one of the cleanest places in town but it’s not.

Just in town for a bit and joined the gym for a month. Nice place with clean equipment. Gym has hours but is actually open 24 hours. Staff seems friendly and everyone leaves me be so I can pump the ole iron and get out quick. Definitely a great gym for the location and it’s size.
