I have been going to this gym for more than a year pretty consistently. This is the best Gym equipment I have found around, one of my favorite things is I can probably count on my hands the number of times I have needed to wait for equipment. The community is great. Literally the kindest, most genuine, most supportive & helpful people you’ll ever find at a gym, ever! Very laidback & fun atmosphere to lift. No cardio machines because it’s just for strength training which is what a gym is supposed to be & I love that approach! The recovery area (red light therapy, cold plunges, dry sauna & compression machines) is absolutely top tier & all the nice equipment is literally top notch brand new solid steel state of the art equipment from Germany!

The price is very reasonable for all you get & the community is very supportive of each other. Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of in my life & I’ve joined many over the years. I can’t say enough good things about this gym so come try it out for yourself & tell them I sent you. Trust me you won’t regret it at all ;)

Honestly one of the best gym I’ve stepped foot in. All the equipment is new and CLEAN! The recovery amenities are awesome! The staff is all great! I never once had to wait on a machine and that’s something I really appreciate! David and Jake are very helpful and inviting.

Lyft 24 is a newer gym that you can tell the owners have put a lot of work into. It’s 24/7 also so if you don’t like the crowd or have a weird schedule you can make it work on your time. When you walk in the 1st thing you will notice is organization and cleanliness. The owner Bobby and his wife and crew are really great down to earth people that have put a lot of work into making a great clean environment that offers a gym, sauna, ice baths and a lot of cool stuff. Also the owners make you feel welcome and it is nice to go somewhere that’s not a franchise. It is family owned and operated and they treat the customers and employees great. A really good gym experience.

I absolutely love Lyft 24! It’s always super clean, and the staff is beyond friendly. They even remember my name when I walk in, which makes me feel right at home. The atmosphere is so welcoming and unintimidating—perfect for anyone at any fitness level. Their recovery facility is top-notch and 100% worth it. The sauna and cold plunge are always spotless including the gym itself.

Huge shoutout to the staff David, Jake and Will for making the gym such an awesome place. When I didn’t know how to use some of the machines, they took the time to teach me and even explained what muscles they target. I’d gladly drive 20 minutes every day just to come here. The staff are very kind and professional. I am visiting from out of town and they made it very easy and convenient for me to train here. They have a vast variety of equipment which is very attractive for serious lifters. While I can appreciate the commitment to recovery via the cold plunge pools, red rooms, etc, I am not able to enjoy them as a guest. My overall experience 10/10

This is the best gym in the Edmond/OKC area! There isn’t another gym like it. Staff is friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions. They keep it very clean, especially compared to some other gyms in the area. The thing that really sets this gym apart is the quality of equipment and that half the gym is dedicated to recovery. They have two saunas, two cold plunges, two red light therapy rooms (no other gym has this), and multiple compression therapy set ups (pretty sure no other gym has this either.) One of the best things about this gym is that it’s not crowded and everyone is there to DO WORK. Anyway, I highly suggest you give this gym a shot, it’s way better than any other option in the area.

By far the best lifting gym in Edmond. It’s always amazingly clean, they have the best equipment on the market and a huge variety of anything you may need.

My favorite aspect of this gym though is their recovery rooms. They offer Normatec compression with 4 chairs. I’ve never had to wait to use them since they have so many. They also have two red light therapy rooms, two infrared saunas, and two cold plunges. It’s so amazing and my body has never felt better being able to easily combine my strength training with recovery.

A gym like no other, amazing facilities with super friendly staff. Mr Bobby is a great owner he puts his clients first, he’s always available for consultation. The man is totally dedicated to his gym. Am a founding member and it is worth the wait for it to open. Equipments are top notch, their spaces are ergonomically well laid out. I've finally found my fitness haven at this gym in Edmond off of Sante Fe Edmond Road! From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the wide range of amenities and the top-notch facilities.

The dual plunge pools and saunas offer the perfect way to relax after a challenging workout, and the infrared light therapy is a game-changer for recovery. The compression room is a unique feature that I haven't found anywhere else, and it's been incredibly beneficial for my post-workout muscle soreness.
