Great facility, Amazing staff, however somebody needs to update Google Business Page hours to match their website. If your business has a Google Business Page that's what people check when inquiring about operating hours. 7am on GBP vs 9am on your website is frustrating.

I had a massage with Charity at their new location in OKC on W Memorial Rd in the Love Family Womenβs Center building and I canβt say enough good things about her. Iβve had a lot of massages - from prenatal to deep tissue - and thereβs such a wide range of skill sets in this industry. It can be hard to know in advance if your massage therapist really knows what theyβre doing or not, but it typically doesnβt take more than 15 minutes to figure it out π
Charity had cues and tricks to get certain muscle groups to relax that I had never experienced before, and was able to get up under my scapula to get a knot to let go.
Itβs no-frills and thatβs exactly what I needed. Iβm looking forward to going back!

I have been taking personal training sessions on the Pilates Reformer with Monica since pool closed.
I really think my sessions on the Pilates Reformer are doing much more good than the water exercises.
I also feel the Reformer has done me more good than the two Physical Therapy regimens Iβve taken in the past.
Monica is extremely knowledgeable about which exercises are best for each part of the body and how to use the equipment most effectively .I look forward to each session .

They refuse to cancel over the phone and require you to go in to cancel a membership.
They're only going downhill. They seem to have stopped maintenance. See other comments about all the broken stuff. They make excuses and keep taking people's money while making it hard to get them to stop. It is borderline predatory.
I'll see if being the biggest a-hole I possibly can on the phone will get results for cancelling but it shouldn't come to an infantry veteran getting angry and chewing/cussing out underlings and making them feel as worthless as possible because of management stupidity to cancel a membership. Saying "Here's my name and account number, stop charging me" should be all it takes.
Edit: Note that for all their remarks of "maintenance", they instead closed the aquatic center they weren't repairing. They did keep trying to charge after the email we sent to cancel and we had to have the card block their charges to actually cancel... Stay away if you don't want extreme runaround.

This is a crap gym. They close on literally every holiday and don't open weekends until 9:00. Oh yeah, they have a pool but it is constantly closed but of course they still charge the same rates. There are much better gym options out there for similar prices. The only reason I stay is proximity

I drove 40 minutes after being told I could come in for a tour at any time. This was the only salt water pool location available to me. No one could give me a tour but I was allowed to walk around on my own for a minute. When I asked where the pool was, I was told it was permanently closed despite the website and pool still being advertised in search results and on the website.
I'm disabled and this was not only my ONLY option for a salt water pool, an exhausting trip, but a complete failure on expectations that were set both via phone and website.

They closed the pool and the staff was rude about cancelling our membership and still made us pay fees. We kept a membership for over 6 months with them saying it would open again and then it didnβt. Limited equipment otherwise so it has no benefits now over any other gym.

Facility is nice but not surprised the pool is closed. The person running the program has no idea how to run a pool or even the dangers of Salt water (see CDC salt water guidelines and rise in fecal diseases due to salt water pools). If you say anything, it falls on deaf ears as she doesn't care about swim instructors putting students in dangerous situations and taking over the lap swim lanes.

Gone downhill. Very dirty, often run out of towels, toilet paper and paper towels...sometimes for days! The lap pool is frequently unusable because kids, who are not members as it was supposed to be only over 16 to join, take up literally half the lanes! Very $$$ and always adding fees for maintenance even though things are always broken. EDIT: the pool is once again CLOSED indefinitely due to "safety"...so whomever Bonnie is saying the pool is great is lying because the pool was CLOSED and remains closed when she wrote her review. Ask how many days in the last year have either the pool, hot tub or saunas not worked.

Edit update 6/3/2024- POOL IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. They are keeping the rates the same. I cancelled immediately. Went to Golds with a 10x better gym experience that is half the cost. I ran into 4 people there this morning who did the same as myself. Sad to see it as I know there are decent people working there.
This is the logic of the management: Your monthly membership fee is $60. They close their pool/hot tub area for x number of months (as of 15 April 2024 has been 4/5 months). They don't give you updates as to when and what the actual problems of the pool a NOR do they pro rate your monthly fee for a price break although the pool is by and large their biggest expense which would translate to $$ off your fee while it's being repaired. Future members beware, you will get hosed by this place. Will be cancelling. Absolutely zero leadership at this place and no one with real common business sense, or ones that are allowed to talk to the clients.

I miss the good old daysβ¦ the hand towels were plentiful, the pool always worked, Cara taught yoga, and everyone knew your name. Management has always been a profaned itβs such a shameβ¦ they run off their best talent and we are left withβ¦ a fairly mediocre gym. Not terrible, not great. Used to be wonderful.

Itβs a nice place but poorly managed. Hereβs some suggestions:
-Reduce your down times: the pool has been on and off broken for months
-The turf area is priced too high. This has the effect of not monetizing your best space (and ~half your square footage) for the majority of time
-The equipment mix doesnβt make sense; for instance, for the upstairs square footage, more than one squat rack is needed
-Equipment could use a refresh: bumpers are circa 2005
-Advertise closures sooner and make sure open times on Google and the website match

If you do not need the pool, and are flexible with workout hours (donβt need early morning on weekends), Mercy is great.
However, as a triathlete who works long hours and commutes, I chose this gym because of proximity to my home and the pool. Since I joined, the pool has closed twice, for significant periods of time (several weeks). Itβs currently closed again. When I expressed frustration to management with how long/often the pool was closing and that I had to pay drop in fees at other gyms (much further away) to train, I was told that they would be willing to freeze my membership for no fee instead of the usual lower payment! (as if that was a generous solution). I still need the gym to run predawn and with snow/cold temps, so taking away my access to the gym entirely doesnβt solve anything. When I said that, the response was just βohβ (instead of being willing to charge less while pool was closed and still allowing membership access).
Iβm currently paying additional money to train 2-3x a week at Mitch Park and Stillwater YMCA pools in (perhaps naive) hope that I will get the Mercy pool back prior to my race. I understand things happen, but this is apparently a common problem with Mercy, and itβs happened for extended periods of time just in the 6 months Iβve been a member. Surely this can be addressed with (at MINIMUM) better customer service.
I will be canceling my membership when I am done with my triathlon.

2 Year In-Depth Review:
Negatives -
Hot tub, sauna, and scales broken for weeks. This has occurred every few months for the past two years. Water pressure has been on low for 6 months. They used to have a sign saying itβd be fixed then they gave up on that and are pretending itβs normal (20s to fill up a water bottle). Gym machines breaking down appears frequent but only because it takes 3 weeks to get one fixed. Even though I never used the pool I always hear complaints about it.
They spend thousands on electronic lockers nobody cares about. The financial director is on something else, over half of the issues are on them alone.
To have a bit of a personal nitpick the music taste is always pop. The older audience doesnβt like it and neither do the males working out. Only caters to the younger female crowd, typically.
The main reason Iβm leaving is terrible hours. On holidays they take any chance they can to close the gym and to shorten the hours. Iβm not just talking Christmas, literally nearly every small holiday but Halloween itβs closed. Theyβll randomly have employee meeting days where they close. Also, the normal hours are worse than generic gyms like golds or the ymca. $60 a month by the way, the highest Iβve ever seen outside of LA.
Theyβll also charge random yearly fees or maintenance fees when the equipment breaks down and will make you pay it.
Positives -
Friendly staff and a friendly atmosphere. They have a large variety of equipment and ways to work out, assuming they all work. It appears very sanitary.
Conclusion:
Everything Iβve said here can be verified through other reviews, please check for yourself. Iβd suggest only having a membership here if you donβt plan to use the pool, tub, or sauna. Expect to pay 2-3x more than the average gym for the exact same experience.

Don't go here unless you get in for free, not worth the money
Can't use the pool as it's always class time for kids, hot tub been broken for 2 months, plenty of broken gym equipment, and only one row machine, and the sauna was out for 3 weeks but hey that's back up again. Also for the pricetag they run out of towels far to often
Apparently a great swim program for kids though

Love this place. Lots of options from group classes, walking area, many machines, weight training equipment, boot camp area, etc. I was sold on the pool. I do wish there was a schedule when the children's swimming lessons were held. I think the children should be confined to the smaller pool area and that they were only there at specific times. The lap pool should only be for the adults. This my only complaint. Otherwise the facility is wonderful.

The only bad thing is that they close when ever they want and open on Sunday when they want, and the excuse is for the holiday lol tomorrow is July 4 I can get my fireworks tomorrow morning, to me is like the gym is stealing your money and the money from the people the work there and the people that attend the gym when you put all the hours they chop plus the days in a year you stole a month from everyone everything else is good and people are friendly

Used to be a great facility. They can't seem to keep key features working (hor tub, sauna). It's hard to find a lane in the pool that is open due to the increasing number of swimming lessons they offer. Add to that things just seem dingy anymore it isn't worth the price point.

Donβt be fooled by the fancy locker room and design. Since the return from
Covid this place has gone downhill. The last time I was there the group fitness room floor had debris and hair balls on it. Recently they have lost a lot of good group ex instructors. Why the mass exodus? There is a huge lack of communication at this gym. Classes are canceled randomly , front desk
Doesnβt know whatβs going on. They nickel and dime you like crazy! Often there is no trainer on the floor where the equipment is. Very unsafe. I would think long and hard before joining!

Itβs not a gym. Itβs a health/fitness center. They are clean and polite. The amenities (except for Covid lockdown) are extensive. They have (except during covid lockdown) showers with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and body wash. Hair dryers, cotton balls, qtips, hand soap, deodorant, hairspray, mouthwash, digital lockers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool lanes, exercise pool, help with mobility challenged individuals, weight machines, free weights, yoga, Pilates, many many classes for different levels of exercise, walking lanes, stretching area, bikes, and more. All of this (and more) is included I the monthly fee. There are extra amenities such as massage and private workouts that are extra. I HIGHLY recommend them. Iβve joined many gyms in my lifetime. This is not a gym. This is a healthy environment.

Very nice over priced location. They provide a lot as a resort spa would so you get your monies worth but ugh $$ and lots of $$ extras. Oh like this $50 monthly with a contract. They have classes that don't change much in the times offered nor do the offerings, you can pop in as you want. I liked the track option and the directional guides for which way to run or walk that day. If the location is close to you and you have $$ to burn go! The pool isn't huge but the area is well set up. A very nice large hot tub area. Sauna and stream room for each gender. I loved the towels, all the stuff a woman might need after a swim to get out back together. Needs a place to set your clothes or shoes during a shower and changing rooms. Mm, they should provide cheap slippers! Or dressing gowns/bathrobes. May you get one if you sign up for everything!

I am very proud to say I am a member of the Mercy Fitness Center. It provides a very clean environment and has pristine amenities. Amenities include; health assessment twice a year, indoor track, pool, hot tubs, saunas, locker room with multiple lockers, showers with soap and towels provided, along with many other amenities as well. My personal favorites would be the child care and massages.
If you're looking for an upscale fitness environment this is the place for you. I personally feel it's worth the price for the service, equipment, and amenities provided.
