Absolutely no better gym to be a member! The personalized attention and coaching is unparalleled. Small group training really gives you a team mentality. Nothing intimidating here, just fun and personal improvement. Plus...great music! If your undecided on if you should make the investment in yourself,

I Love META Athletics! I have personally attended a number of mainstream gyms such as Planet fitness, F45, Crossfit warehouse style, etc. They all have there ups and downs but never quite satisfied my goals. Either too big & too many people, no community, no competition, incredibly hard to achieve failure and a good hard motivational workout, lack of experienced trainers.
No gym is perfect, however, META Athletics actually challenges you and is entirely worth your time and efforts. Group Exercise, Mentors on deck every step of the way, high intensity with real results!
In short, I picked this gym when I finally realized how serious I wanted too be about my overall health and appearance and the people I choose to surround myself with! Invite your friends and family!
Only thing you'll lose is all the bad and gain nothing but good! πͺ

Ellen and Melvin are awesome trainers. I joined Meta Athletics about 5 months ago and I have turned down quite a lot. They will definitely I recommended anyone who is looking for a workout to try Meta Athletics before going anywhere else first. And you wonβt be disappointed.

If you are looking for a place to build strength, gain a community and transform your body, I would highly recommend META! The coaches are amazing and you will see results fast! I always look forward to my workouts there and the accountability they provide! The coaches are excellent at creating a great workout format, helping you with your form and pushing you to go that extra mile.
