I love this place for my 7yr old kangaroo of a daughter!

Sessions are an hour long and the value to price is very well worth it because of the 5 star staff and coaches! The facility is large and people flock here to get their young daughters involved in something I never knew was so cool... gymnastics!!!

People pick up their kids in the back so dont get stuck in that line when starting a session for your own child, though it moves decently once a session is over. Just drop off out front. Parking becomes available as sessions end and new sessions begin so be ready for some parking lot traffic but it is tolerable.

Overall, I recommend this place for the value, facilities, staff and coaches, and an extracurricular activity for young ladies in your family. You can watch them through the front area and chat it up with other parents and the time just flies! It is fun!!

10/10!!! amazing group of people!!! My daughter is very attached to me and also has very high anxiety, however Ms. Sara was wonderful and so kind. She helped my daughter feel calm and confident to join the class all on her own. Ms. Sabrina is also always there to help walk my daughter into the class. There are a couple other girls that have jumped to my rescue and are always so kind and happy to help me. (I still have not learned everyones name) but overall I am so satisfied with the choice of joining metro gymnastics. Thank you all for helping my daughter gain confidence and have fun while doing it!

Took my son back for the first time in a year since having our daughter. Their staff and customer service is unmatched in addition to such a great and fun place to take your kids. They treat you as if you’re the most important customer every time, are willing to help, and just in general bring joy to a sometimes, let’s be honest, monotonous or exhausting job of childcare. We didn’t enroll my son in classes but are absolutely doing so for our daughter. Their business deserves support and a shout out for being an example of how to run a business, treat people, and build a welcoming place for anyone.

Our daughter has loved moving up to the Metro Gymnastics competitive team. Over the years she’s learned so much and really grown as a gymnasts. The coaches keep it fun and safe for all the girls. We’ve loved Metro.

Metro gymnastics in Oklahoma City is a fantastic gym for kids. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and the manner in which she runs this facility.
The coaches are encouraging, welcoming and care about the kids. The pricing is more affordable than other places we have been. The summer classes have been fantastic and we cannot wait to begin the fall classes!

We had our daughter’s birthday party and it far exceeded our expectations! One woman was so great greeting the kids and parents as they came in and Ms. Kayla was a great host! They helped set up and even took notes of who gave what presents. I would highly recommend using them, it’s great for all ages and we will definitely be using them again!

I highly recommend this gym. My daughter spent six years (age 5-11) training and competing as a Metro gymnast. She has since transitioned into competitive cheer but Metro gave my daughter the appropriate building blocks to do so. I believe the space and staff allowed my daughter to strengthen not only her athleticism but also her self-confidence. We are very pleased that our kiddo’s athletic journey included Metro Gymnastics. Five stars!!!!

This is a large gymnastics facility with separate sections devoted to specific gymnastic disciplines, such as Aerials. It is very busy, and often does not have enough space for all the parents to sit and watch. Even though it is very busy, they do run a very efficient program.

I take the adult aerial silks class, it is a blast! It's a wonderful way to get a good workout while also learning a skill, my abs were sore for a full week following my first class! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun form of exercise. The women who attend are of all ages and skill levels, and are very inclusive to new comers.
