YES YES YES. Meteoflex in Ardmore OK is extremely well equipped. Everything a bodybuilder, Powerlifter, hybrid athlete needs.
24/7- you can purchase a day pass online and get let in via the app. This gym is stacked with top of the line arsenal equipment, 3 sets of dumbbells (up to 150's) outside training area with machines.
They have a one of the kind supplement/shake bar, kids club, posing classes, and this gym is in a travel network for popular vendors like Gasp & Better bodies. THIS gyms' equipment stacks up against some of the BEST, Sq Footage and amount of peices . Lighting is great. And it is clean. Damn near perfect except the geolocation of the city.
But if you’re in Oklahoma, it's most likely going to be a 10/10 gym. The owner Micah and his wife are competitive athletes and can connect you with the best coaches and trainers around the country.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my enthusiasm about Metro Flex Gym. It is hands down the best gym I have ever been a member of, and I can't recommend it enough to everyone, regardless of your age, shape, or size.

Fantastic gym with all the machines one could ever want for weight-training. Friendly to travelers! Stop for a class or a month pass or membership, very reasonable prices. So many classes to choose from, very impressed! Everyone is friendly and you can even grab a shake. Neat decor and the music is not annoying! Only thing I wish they had was a scale because I had a weight to meet for the week 😪 😆 I'm so glad I looked them up, the pilates class that I looked for was even better than I expected, wow 👌

I can’t recommend Metroflex enough! The trainers are absolutely top-notch—knowledgeable, encouraging, and always focused on helping you reach your personal fitness goals.
The owners are some of the kindest, most positive people I’ve ever met. They truly create a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. And let me tell you about the childcare department—it’s hands down the best! My little guy has been going there for 7 months (starting at just 5 months old), and he absolutely loves it. The staff is so caring and attentive, and I know he’s in great hands while I’m working out.
If you’re looking for a gym with amazing trainers, a warm community, and fantastic childcare, Metro is the place to be!

I was searching for a gym that had everything I needed and man did I find it. The people are so nice, welcoming and knowledgable. Even as a woman in the weight room you don't feel out of place or judged, which I so appreciate considering there are professional body builders there alongside you doing their thing too. All in all it is a great price, down to earth people and a great experience. Highly recommend.

If you are serious about weight lifting and performance, Metroflex is the best place to go in Ardmore. The equipment is plentiful and good quality, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the price is reasonable, and they even have a place to grab a protein shake after your workout.
I highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in taking their fitness to the next level!

In from Florida visiting family and wow what an amazing gym, and amazing experience! The owners and staff were so friendly and accommodating and treated me like a local friend that they see daily. Absolutely beautiful and clean gym with amazing equipment that can accommodate noobs to seniors to fitness athletes to the most seasoned bodybuilders. Metroflex Ardmore will definitely be a part of my bi annual visits and awesome to have such a great facility here. Thanks!

The 411 aka you can expect:
immense parking space, coffee shop in the parking lot, Vitamoose Supplements A BLOCK away, Loud music, clean facilities, state of the art equipment & machines you've never seen before, smiling faces every time, and half the time it smells of Waffles <3. Supportive, uplifting, encouraging Staff, Pre workout you can buy from the Sports Drinks vending machines, or a protein shake to go from he bar... They have belts, and straps, showers, illuminated mirrors and mini deodorant for Pete's sake. Forgot a hairtie, they have that too. Too many thoughtful touches to list that really make you realize that The owners + team, really hit this nail on the head. Ardmore is so grateful to be host to this Top Notch, incredible, supportive facility.

Outstanding gym! Metro Flex is hands down the top gym around! With top notch equipment and a perfect atmosphere for an intense, hardcore workouts, its unbeatable. Michah and Sky are very friendly and professional. They both are very knowledgeable and have been a huge help in taking our workouts to the next level. I wish I would have had this gym years ago.

Best darn gym around. It’s a candy shop if you like to work out. Staff is just as amazing as the facility. They thought of everything when they opened it…and the biggest plus is the childcare…my kids are usually more excited to go to the gym than I am!

Amazing gym in Ardmore, OK!!

My friend and I were from out of town from our usual gym and when we went to Metroflex gym we got a complimentary day pass. Their gym was super clean and all of their equipment and machines were new and in stellar condition! If I was living in the area I would get a membership there. Their customer service was terrific, we were given complimentary water bottles at the time because their water fountain was being worked on. 10/10 🙌🏻
