We love Mid City fitness. It is the only gym that has ever yielded this kind of results. Scott and the other trainers are so amazing and having the workouts playing on the televisions so you have a trainer at all times. MidCity has been my go to workout spot since 2021. The programming is the best and very creative. Helps me keep the dad bod at bay. Love the staff. Also they help me work around any injuries.

I've been at Mid Cit for two years now and love it. They have incredibly well designed workouts that are challenging, diverse, and certainly bring gains. The trainers are incredibly engaging, helpful, knowledgable and will push you if you want to be pushed. The culture is unique and what I appreciate the most about Mid City, is that it reflects the owner and his mentality towards training. People are serious about their workouts, but the environment is relaxed and and engaging and I have made a lot of friends there and look forward each time I go for a workout.

Been going to Mid-City Fitness + working 1:1 with Gunnar Sewell twice a week! Working directly with him is the perfect compliment + addition to my workout routine. He is an incredible trainer with great attention to detail. He makes such to walk through every move in detail in a way that helps you learn or become more aware of your body. He takes a holistic approach to programming ensuring to carefully coach + correct when needed. I don’t work with any other coach or use the open gym / group sessions there, however, I highly recommend Mid-City because of Gunnar! ☺️

I’ve been a member for a few years now & always look forward to working out. Currently pregnant & they tailor workouts specific to you so I’m able to do modifications throughout my pregnancy. Great trainers & great community!

OMG THIS GYM IS the BEST THING that has ever happened to me! They have trainers all the time to help you! Love the environment too! So sunny and modern at the same time. Always have something different so your muscles aren’t getting used to workouts! They are also SUCH COOL TRAINERS! This gym changed my life! I’m willing to pay a little more cuz it’s the only thing that gets me results! Loving life more since I joined!!!

I’ve never looked forward to going to a gym so much each day! This place is the gem gym of Tulsa. I have a hand injury and after trying numerous other gyms & personal trainers, this is the first place I haven’t injured my hand more. The coaches are top notch, provide modifications as needed, and cheer you on throughout your workout. Between the high quality programming, facility, top tier staff, & community, I don’t think you could find a better gym here in Tulsa.

Mid-City is better than a Gym! It’s Always Exciting to go workout there! It feels like a “fitness country club” where you get affordable personal training with a flexible schedule! You come whenever you want (during their open hours) and the trainers give you instructions, & show you good form, before each workout set! You don’t have to think or plan, or feel clueless, You just have to do the work and you will see results! And I love the family feeling I get from the ownership on down to the trainers! I will be preaching about Mid-City for the rest of my life, because I know I wouldn’t be where I am now without discovering them & their business model! 🙌🏼

This is the best gym I've ever been a part of! As a busy working mom, having the ability to drop in and workout any time I want (there are no class times) and still have the guidance of a coach to lead me through a specific workout is a game-changer. Highly recommend Mid-City to anyone looking to take their fitness journey seriously, but with FUN and support along the way!

Holy macaroni! I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Pre written workouts and no scheduled class time so it’s super convenient to pop in when you’ve got the time. All of the trainers are friendly and know you by name. If you’re looking to have a good time working out, with fun people, and become a part of a community I would 10/10 recommend!

Strength and Fitness are just a few things you will find at Mid-City Strength and Fitness. Scott and his team have developed a unique workout experience here in Tulsa. I was a member at a local Big Box gym for over 6 years and just felt like I was going thru the motions by only working out by myself. After joining Mid-City a few months ago I have started to love strength conditioning again by working out in a group environment with personal trainers leading and educating me along the way. Their circuit workouts get you in and out in about 45min to an hour. Not only do the workouts push you, the community they have developed here is way above and beyond anything I have experienced in a workout facility. I highly recommend you give Mid-City Strength and Fitness a try. You will not be disappointed.

I love this gym!! I am a retired college athlete and have struggled to get into a groove ever since graduating. Scott has created a one-stop space with top notch equipment and trainers. Everyone is always super friendly and welcoming. I seriously love working out here and look forward to it every day.

I’ve trained with PJ since 2013. He got me in the best shape of my life for my wedding in less than 6 months. I can’t imagine training with any other trainer. He’s the best trainer around, and just an overall incredible human. If you are new to fitness, or just looking for a change, Mid City is for you. PJ will make sure you are comfortable, work hard, and feel like you matter. The people that train here are all so awesome and absolutely great to workout with. Also, social distancing is absolutely possible. If you’re on the fence of getting started, take this as a sign to join! You will not regret it. One final note, they have the BEST equipment. The facility is awesome.

I joined Mid City in March after spending the previous six months seeing three different doctors for what I had decided was something wrong with my body. I couldn’t seem to lose any weight. I was tired, angry and completely unhappy.
I’ve been a member for about a month and a half now, and I’m down 15 pounds. I workout 6 days a week and my mind and body both feel transformed.
I’ve never had a more hands on experience in any industry. Scott and PJ spoke to me about my diet and what I should be eating to fuel my body. They are there with you coaching you the entire way. I could not be happier with my results. My body, in 6 weeks looks like someone else’s body that I don’t recognize!
I will be a lifetime member!

Personalized approach to fitness in a fun, energetic atmosphere. I have been working out with PJ for over six years with substantial results. My 10 year old boys also train here for sports conditioning. They love it!! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to lose weight, gain muscle or perform better in sports. You will LOVE it!
