Since attending Midtown Martial Arts my daughter is more obedient and respectful at home. She responds to her mother and I with β€œYes sir” and β€œYes mam”.

I have done taekwondo here at Midtown Martial Arts for 6 years and I have gained friends, social skills, manners and much more. It's been really fun and hardworking. I've won trophies at tournaments and made friends from all over.

Midtown martial arts has been my home away from home, and has helped develop my character for the better. In my time here I’ve had numerous opportunities to grow through friendly competition with my class mates. My understanding of taekwondo has been fostered and deepened because of the excellent instructors at this school, and I will forever be grateful for my decision to go here.

These kids are getting more than β€œkarate” at Midtown Martial Arts. The instructors are teaching their students how to respect themselves and others. They are teaching responsibility. They are teaching kindness and also seriousness. White belts are treated the same as high level black belts. The amount of grown men and women coming in fresh as a white belt says a lot for the school! Come see for yourself! Would highly recommend Midtown Martial Arts.

I love the respect that MMA instills in the kiddos. They really walk the tenants of taekwondo. Love it!

My daughter has been learning and practicing here for a little over a year now. The Tosh's really do have the students best interest at heart and want to see each and everyone become not only good martial artist, but good human beings. All of the instructors here are excellent! It's an amazing environment of structure, support, and family.

The real deal!!!, my son and I wanted a school that taught traditional Taekwondo and after a quick search we found Midtown Martial Arts. Since then we both have earned our black bets and enjoy the classes. The instructors are exceptional, family oriented and care about the students. Mr. Tosh is amazing!

Great place to train in martial arts! They teach Tae Kwon Do to mostly children and young adults, although some adults attend as well. Very supportive and encouraging staff! In addition to learning self-defense, it's a hands-on sport and great for overall conditioning. One last thing, it's fun!

Midtown Martial Arts has an amazingly warm and family like atmosphere. My 5 year old son has gained so much more confidence and character the month we’ve been there. The instructors and students have a great amount of patience and everyone there is eager to learn and/or teach.

The instructors here are amazing. They're patient but firm. They want you to have fun while you learn.

We tried out a karate class before we went here. There was no structure. I felt the instructor was just there to make money from the class and go home. Then we found Midtown Martial Arts. We were amazed from the first class. The instructors worked with our daughter one on one to make sure she understood the basics. If the student isn't grasping something, they will stop to explain. They demand respect and keep control of their class, which is what we wanted for our daughter. She has so much fun, loves it here, and so do we.

I have been practicing various types of martial arts since I was 6, so I was looking for a place that my son can learn respect, self confidence, integrity, and have fun at the same time, but in a traditional setting. He started Tae Kwondo at a different academy and soon I started noticing the lack of those traditional values that were engrained on me as a young boy, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. We looked for a new place and found Midtown Martial Arts, I was so impressed by sah boo nim Bryan Tosh that I also decided to join and start practicing again. The school is great, it pushes you, it is family oriented, challenging and will help you build a strong mind and body, as Sah boo nim Tosh says "Where else can you bond with your child and participate with him than doing martial arts together as a family!" I highly recommend, come join us!!!
