James is one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. He helps with everything from nutrition to form and structure. He takes assesses where you are mentally physically and nutritionally and helps develop a plan that meets you where you are, but pushes you to get better every day. Go for it! Not only did he raise my Army Combat Fitness Test substantially, he truly helped my mobility, one of my weakest links.
