Motion Tulsa has been an absolute blessing for my 6-year-old. He goes here for his after-school program, and it’s become one of the highlights of his entire week. The moment he walks in, he lights upβ€”this place gives kids the space to climb, run, explore, and push themselves in the best way.

The high wall (very American Ninja Warrior vibes!) is his favorite. Watching him build confidence, strength, and coordination while genuinely having fun feels priceless. As a parent, it means so much to know he’s in a safe, positive environment that encourages real physical activity and healthy energy.

Motion Tulsa is truly a unique spaceβ€”not just another gym, but a place where kids can express their athleticism, challenge themselves, and grow. We absolutely love it, and I’m grateful a place like this exists in our community. Highly recommend

This is the second summer my son has attended this camp, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a parkour camp, but they mix in tons of different activities throughout the week that keep the kids moving, engaged, and having fun. I really appreciate that they prioritize zero screen time during the day, which is such a rare and valuable thing. The kids usually get to go swimming once a week, visit the park multiple times, and enjoy other special activities all summer long.

The camp counselors are fantastic, attentive, energetic, and truly invested in the kids. My son comes home tired in the best way and always looks forward to going back the next day. You definitely get what you pay for here. If you’re looking for a camp that balances structure, activity, and fun while keeping kids off screens, I highly recommend this one.

I cannot say enough good things about motion and their after school program! It has been an incredible experience for my child and a huge relief for our family. From day one, the staff have been welcoming, attentive, and truly invested in each child's growth and happiness. The program offers a perfect balance of creative activities, and physical play. My child always comes home excited to share what they did. What really stands out is how much the staff care. They take the time to get to know each child and create a safe, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged. It's been such a positive addition to our lives, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a well-rounded, nurturing after school option.

My kids go here for parkour. They love it. The coaches are great. Tough but understanding. Everything is always clean and their equipment is in great shape. Strength and confidence building! My 9 year old made it up the 11ft warped wall after about a year of training and is so thrilled!

Would have thought about this for my kids. Love the idea! But when they are holding any indication of pricing information hostage until you have already given all your information AND come in for a trial class and gotten your kid excited about the idea??? That's just lack not fair. Please be more transparent with your pricing model.

Our son has attended Motion Tulsa summer day camps for five years. He has absolutely loved it and says it's the best camp ever (he's been to other camps). He's extremely energetic so it's a blessing to have motion woven all throughout the day. The camp structure is great with park excursions or a weekly field trip in the morning and games/equipment/and activities in the afternoons. It's reassuring to know he's having a blast while I can concentrate on my work. The included before care and after care is a huge bonus since it allows drop off and pick up flexibility at no added cost.

Our kids love going to Motion Tulsa and we love the quieter evenings! They play hard at camp, so they don’t bicker with each other as much. πŸ˜‚ Their policy of Safety, inclusion, and then fun is followed well. If you’re looking for a fun and safe place to take your kids for the summer, Motion Tulsa is it!

Took my kid in for a trial and she had fun. After we we're done things started getting really scammy when it came down to purchasing a membership. I was asking simple questions about pricing and no one could give me an answer. Finally, when the girl at the front got frustrated I wouldn't just sign the contract she asked if I would like to speak to the owner. I said yes and she went into the back. That is when I saw the owner leave. She then came back out and said she was sorry he actually isn't here. I've done some research and it seems like the owner has really bought into some shady business practices. Once I saw all the bad reviews it started to make sense. My kid ended up picking another summer activity with normal payment terms. I would encourage anyone reading this the ask questions and read the contract they urge you to sign on the spot.

We come here for their amazing summer camp. My daughter has had an absolute blast coming here. They keep the kids active. They take them on field trip of that stimulate their minds, and they just have an absolute blast. I honestly think her favorite day is going to the pool every Wednesday. We will continue to patron this establishment until she ages out. The staff are wonderful with the kids. My daughter has made friends that she loves getting to see every summer.

Not only is Motiin Tulsa reputable and family focused school, but the whole instructor staff teach their students with an absolute love for parkour, teaching life skills along the way. All students are treated fairly, and are given quality instruction, encouragement, learning self-confidence, discipline and respect. I highly recommend Motiin Tulsa above any other school in Tulsa.

We started at MP a couple of weeks ago and I have been extraordinarily impressed with the program. My oldest son has motor planning dysfunction and has been in physical therapy since 5 months of age. Despite the instructors not being notified before working with him, they have never struggled to connect with him positively or to help him when he is not understanding or capable of completing a task on the first several attempts. They really meet the children where they are and do it with positivity!

I understand asking the parents to wear a mask but making children wear mask while doing a physical activity is absolutely not okay. . I would have liked to been told ahead of time otherwise I would have never made the trip out there.

P.s. to your response I don’t think it’s ridiculous you ask ppl to wear a mask I think it’s ridiculous you ask children to while doing something active. Yes I absolutely made that clear because I did not think that was okay to do to my child and will always speak up for my child.

Updated response to your comment: The one star isn’t just because of the mask although that does have something to do with it it’s the fact that we were never communicated with beforehand that children had to wear mask I even received a phone call telling me what all to expect for the first class and was never once told about it. It took us 40 minutes to get there had we been told beforehand we would have never made the trip. You have yet though to acknowledge the poor communication and apologize for that. You have however told me I was rude and uncalled for for simply speaking up against a policy. I didn’t raise my voice or say a single curse word or call anyone names. If speaking up about a policy I don’t agree (or was not communicated with before hand) with when it comes to my children is uncalled for and rude so be it. My 3 year old was on the verge of a melt down because he was not comfortable with the mask. I might have reconsidered taking this down had you handled the situation better and taken responsibility for the lack of communication and not been passive aggressive which as a business owner is terrible customer service and unprofessional.

My son was shown one time how to do something, if it was thought of to show. And half the time the instructor had their back to my son and he did not see the correct positioning of the hands and legs . At one point, an instructor just keep saying "backwards roll" over and over without demonstration to my son. There was No correction when a child did a move incorrectly. This is a safety issue.

Warning to parents: Motion Tulsa Parkour has questionable business practices and I would recommend steering clear of their program.

Most recently, after notifying Motion Tulsa that my son did not want to continue, they charged my card for another month because I hadn’t yet come in to sign some digital paperwork to officially end the membership. The charge was made the day before I came in. They are refusing to reimburse the funds. Probably not illegal, but certainly not the kind of place I’d ever want to do business with again.

But the warning signs were there from the beginning. They don’t publish their prices on their website. In fact, you don’t learn about the costs until you bring your child in for a sample class. At this sample class they tell you that you get a special deal on signing up if you do it by the end of that day. Again, none of illegal, but certainly not transparent and I experienced it as manipulative.

Another parent told me that when the aftercare program shut down b/c of Covid they refused to refund her the money she had prepaid to sign up for a full school year.

The cost of the program was significant to my familyβ€”if I’d known about their questionable practices I never would have signed up, so I want all of you to have all the information before you decide to do business with them.

It was ok. Signed up my daughter for the 5 to 7 yr old class and it turned out to be kinda disorganized with the lead teacher changing her mind on what to do quit a bit and the kids being chaotic as a result, and the kids were told to hush and quit talking a lot which I didnt like. My daughter was hushed for squealing "I'm excited!" And she didnt really enjoy participating. She was also kinda mocked by another kid in class and he wasnt corrected so we just left.

Regarding Summer Camp

Pros: Great leadership, communicatuon, structure/ programming, organization, and facility. In general the staff have good training and are higher caliber than some programs.

Cons:
Over booked/ over crowded- especially considering weekly cost per student (our kids went the first two weeks of summer) - while they technically have acceptable numbers based on their accreditation , it would be a much better experience overall with a 1:15 or so ratio and fewer kids in the progarm overall. The activity room is really not designed to comfortably accomodate 80+ kids, and its uncomfortable even for short time periods.
Not enough attention to children as individuals.
Not enough snack/ water breaks given how active the program is.

Overall, I would recommend this program, but I suggest choosing weeks later in the summer when its likely less crowded.

My son has attended Spring Break and Summer day camps at Motion Tulsa and has really enjoyed it. They go to parks, swim (Summer), play games in the gym, and have an activity area with legos, board games, and art supplies. I have felt he is well cared for by the staff there, who greet him by name and are welcoming and encouraging. William Pierce, the owner, provides a safe and fun environment with structure, but enough variety to keep the kids interested. As the name indicates, the kids engage in plenty of physical activity throughout the day. My son, who was 6 and 7 the 2 years he has attended, has really enjoyed it and made some lasting friendships. We have done other camps, and Motion is a bargain and is better and more professionally staffed than most others. Motion does not have older kids watching and entertaining you child. Young adults who act professionally and appropriately are caring for your children at Motion. I highly recommend it.

I talked to William on the phone, he was nice about it and said I could switch with no problem. BE CAREFUL when leaving your banking information on file with this company. They will make UNAUTHORIZED withdrawals from your bank account. They managed to take almost $900.00 from my account in ONE months time. My child attended their After School Program ONCE(3hrs), and their summer program ONE WEEK(5 days). I called to inquire, just asking to speak to the manager (Noel), I was given the 3rd degree just to get her. Most companies ask general questions just to get a manager, but this went beyond the general questions. I finally say, "is she not available" because the endless questions were getting annoying. She finally says "one moment", and instead of getting "The Manager" I dealt with when agreeing to leave me banking info on file, I get someone named William. This guy was rude and clueless! He told me to "take it up with my bank" and hung up the phone. Now, I have to go through the hassle of cancelling /changing my debt card, because I gave it to this UNRELIABLE Company.

My son has been attending karate with Master William for a little over a month now and we are very pleased so far. We were looking for a class that would stress the importance of respect and self control as well as offering a physical outlet and that's exactly what we're getting. We had planned to only send our son once a week, but he loves it so much, we're now sending him twice a week. Master William is tough on the kids--he doesn't let them get away with anything, but he does it in a dynamic and positive way that the kids really respond to. It's impressive!

My 8 yr old was enrolled in the after school program and Karate class. The first couple of weeks he liked being there. After that he started complaining that the after care staff yelled too much and were mean. I didn't see evidence of this but as the days past he was increasingly insistent that he didn't want to go. We already enrolled him in the Summer camp so we lost our deposits for that. He liked the Karate and Master William but we had no way to continue the early Karate classes. The staff expressed an appropriate amount of concern and contacted us for details about our son's experience to see if they could correct any staff issues. My personal observations were that they seemed to have too many kids. Aftercare seemed crowded. The Karate class had about 30 kids being taught by 1 person. There is absolutely no way, no matter how good of a teacher you are, that you can adequately maintain the attention and discipline of 25 to 30 young kids. The owner and senior staff are good people and I hope they can resolve their issues.

My child enjoyed their staff and their quality of care, however their administration and their business strategy are questionable and they are not clear with their practice. First, we enrolled at this location due to their 6:30pm after school pickup time. Their pricing was on point with other locations in the area and the later pickup time gave us some room after work for pickups. Once we were in, the time changed to 6:00pm pickups due to DHS requiring a license for a later stay. This occurred two weeks into our enrollment in the after school care program. On top of that we had numerous "auto debit" billing issues. On several occasions we were promised that no charge was going to occur, but low and behold they debited our account without our authorization and this was after we had verified with them that this would not be occurring. Both times were "misunderstandings" or "failing to check the right box in our billing program". Just very amateur, not paying attention stuff. I just feel this place is in over their head with DHS regulations and their business plan isn't thought out nor does it provide a great customer experience. They need to consult with professionals in the child care industry to ensure they're up to code and could use a lesson in customer service. Care was fine, but execution of business plan and explanation of services was poor.

The trainers are awesome, always making sure you are doing the moves correctly, if not the help you and show you how to get it right. Varieties of exercise classes and children friendly

Super nice staff. Classes are a bit expensive but for what they offer it's worth it. If i could afford the after school care program and be able to get a discount on classes (they pick up children from school, give them a healthy snack, help with homework for 30 min, and then they do active activities)....maaaaan that would be awesome for me.
It stays crowded.

My daughter started here when she was 6 years old and is still loving it four years later. She is excited to go every day and has made many new friends. I highly recommend Master William and his staff because they are knowledgeable, kid friendly, and reach the students at their level to help them attain mastery.

The staff is great and my son LOVES it! They also pick up from school if needed and have "day camps" most any day the school closes. This is great because I usually still have to work if school closes for weather or holidays. We no longer have to pay for "day care" or after school care AND he gets his energy out all in one. They also set aside time for homework after school. Its been a lifesaver for our busy family!

My daughter loves the classes. She has improved with school work and has more confidence since attending 3PK. If your looking for a Karate class, look no further. I enjoy watching the lessons. The instructors William and Charlie use positive reinforcement and encouragement to help the students. Great place for all. I recommend 3PK to anyone looking for karate lessons.

My 8 year-old daughter started attending 3PK in the Summer of 2014 as karate camp. After a six week tenure with them, she wanted to move into taking classes on a regular basis. She started out in the white level and has currently graduated into her orange belt. The school not only teaches martial arts but they teach self-esteem building blocks. Master William is exceptional with the kids; getting on their level in regards to their communication and physical abilities, Mr. Charlie is also a dynamic teacher in many respects as well. I highly recommend this school to anyone seeking physical and mental enhancements!!!

I adore this place! This is the best thing that I could have ever started in my life. Since starting at Three Points Karate, not only have I gotten more confident with my daily life, my fiance and I have been able to do things that we never thought that we could do. Master William and Mister Charlie have really changed the way that I view almost everything in life. I constantly find myself quoting something that they say in class at work and otherwise. This place is just awesome and I highly recommend it for anyone of any age to come, workout and have fun.

I am thrilled to have been able to find a martial arts program with such a rounded approach as 3PK. Our 7yo has embraced the program wholeheartedly, and six months in I am as proud of his character development as I am of his physical. I am very much looking forward to enrolling our younger son as soon as he turns 5.

My son has been taking lessons since last October and loves it. He has been going to the after care program four days a week - 3 Points has a van route that includes many of the schools in the Tulsa area. The van has always been on time. The atmosphere at 3 Points is so positive and encouraging. Master William and Mr. Charlie have endless energy and enthusiasm. The entire 3 Points team is wonderful!

My 8 year old son attends 3 Points Karate after school program. It is awesome! I love that they pick up from my son's school. The instructors are wonderful and have a great rapport with the kids and parents alike. They have a karate class, healthy snack and supervised homework every day after school. They also have 'camps' for times when schools are out. This is the best program for a single parent family EVER. I love that he gets to take karate every day.

We had a wonderful experience at 3PK. My daughter responded well to the structured, encouraging environment. Charley, Maddie, William, and the rest of the staff are great with the kids. My daughter made friends and learned new skills. We started with lessons, and then used them for summer care/day camp. It was a huge relief to know she was well cared for and having fun when I had to work some long hours. We even had her 6th birthday there, and it was a blast! If we didn't recently move out of state we would still be attending 3PK!

Three Points Karate has been such a great experience for our family! Two of my children have been attending classes with Master William for almost two years and have grown in physical strength, endurance and discipline. Most of all though, I have seen their level of confidence rise three fold! I never would have imagined them wanting to go first (solo) in showing what they have learned and practiced, not being anxious or fearful to be matched with bigger, older opponents in drills and sparring. They feel empowered in and after class. The respect Master William demands and how he gains that respect is truly a gift he's been given. Never do I hear any yelling or derogatory comments made towards the students. 3PK is a very encouraging environment where attitude and trying your best comes first. Not only do the students learn physical karate, Master William teaches character traits each month that he ties into his karate curriculum. Anyone can be successful at this studio! 3PK is also very involved in community with outreaches such as parents night out, bullying seminars, self-defense classes and before and after care for programs in the summer. I absolutely recommend Three Points Karate!!!

My son has been taking lessons at 3 Points Karate for about 2 years. He loves going to lessons and I love that he enjoys such a positive and focused sport. He gains confidence weekly and takes it very seriously. I think it translates to his attitude as a 2nd grader and at home. Master William sets a great example for my son and all of the kids at his school. He pushes them to do their best without ever being negative or making them feel uncomfortable. He is a wonderful role model. We've recommended 3 Points Karate to several friends who have since joined and are also having a great experience. We're so happy we found this midtown gem!

A fun way to build confidence –

I've had the pleasure of watching my children's confidence grow each week under the leadership of Master William. He is a positive instructor who encourages students to accomplish more than they initially think is possible. And he does it in a fun, engaging manner. For me – self confidence is the most valuable tool a person can have to be successful and in life. And it's offered at 31st & Harvard.
