I have taken several different kinds of yoga classes with Phyllis both in person and on Zoom. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives great instruction! Also you should try her Supported Ball Yoga class. I always feel so much better after I have completed this practice! I just recently took 3 Pilates classes in June 2022 with Phyllis via zoom and she was very patient with explaining everything. You should try a class with her soon, either in person if you live near Kinta, Oklahoma or on Zoom. You will be very happy you did!

Phillis is an amazing instructor with a thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and psychology of yoga. She teaches from her heart. her instructions are clear and with depth of yogic science. Her urge and enthusiasm to get in depth knowledge in the subject, is incredible. she is a true yogi by all means. And now she is getting equipped with one more feather of Ayurveda, in her yoga crown. I wish we could work together for longer period of time.

I have done yoga and pilates with Phyllis for many years at 2 different fitness locations for several years while living in McKinney Texas from 2007-2017. She has been an excellent instructor with easy to follow prompts and alternative positions. She is a dedicated instructor who works to include options for all types of restrictions, as well as alternative positions for more advanced students. She will challenge you, if this is your goal. I wish her well in her new studio.
