MYSIDE is an amazing gym, with amazing equipment and staff. Joe is an experienced trainer with passion and compassion for anyone looking to better themselves. MYSIDE is for anyone, whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced power lifter. The value you receive for the price is just incredible.

Joe at MYSIDE creates custom tailored workouts and plans that fit your needs based on where you are at in your fitness journey. I have some super specific goals, and Joe always made sure he was keeping them in mind as he developed the plan. He keeps things fresh and new and it is always fun coming in for a session.

The gym itself is welcoming and has a plethora of equipment to suit any movement you're looking to accomplish, including the classics (bench, deads, squats). I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends or family to MYSIDE.

Joe is hands down the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. His knowledge and dedication are unmatched. He takes the time to understand my schedule, strengths, and weaknesses, then builds a plan that’s both challenging and achievable. The workouts stay fresh week to week, keeping me engaged and pushing me forward. With my long commute to work and school, he’s helped me make the most of the limited time I have. Every session with Joe is a leap forward. From issues with shin splints and a limited ability to run to finishing a 10k without breaks, Joe was able to correct my form issues! Highly recommend Joe for all your training needs!!

I’ve been working with Joe for about six months. In that time I’ve gone from from having very little knowledge about lifting to sailing through my workouts. The motivation and knowledge he provides makes me look forward to my gym days. Joe hosted a free squat clinic today that was super informative. I was given tons of info and several tips to help make my squats more effective during my workouts. I learned quite a bit today off of one session that wasn't even a full workout. Go see Joe at Myside Fitness. After today I'll definitely be doing more classes with him! I have been lifting at Myside fitness for over a year now. Over this time period my goals have shifted from racing bikes, recovering from a back injury , re-finding fitness, all the way back to racing bikes. Through out all of these changes Joe has adjusted my workouts to align with my goals and continued to make me feel welcome. I’m not sure how to capture the energy of Myside in text but will leave it at the fact I have tried to incorporate lifting into my lift many times over roughly a decade and this is the only time it has ever stuck. 10/10 will continue to lift here.

Joe is probably the best trainer I have ever had. I have had a few in my lifetime and he is by far the most understanding and easy to work with in town. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape or even just feel good when you leave the gym, not overly pushed or exhausted. Going on month 3 with Myside Fitness. I’ve been doing remote (online) training since day one. I lost over 100lbs in the past 5 years before hitting a wall and staying around the same weight for around a year. Since starting with Joe, I’ve lossy an additional 10lbs while gaining muscle that I’ve never had.

Joe sets me up with weekly programs that are perfect for what I’m trying to achieve. He’s awesome about answering questions I have pretty much anytime.

I can’t recommend Myside Fitness enough. By far the best training I’ve experienced.

I can’t say enough good things about Myside Fitness, and Joe Dufresne. In a very short time he’s helped me to recover my heath after many years of inactivity & less than ideal diet choices. I travel a lot for work, and when I’m on the road, Joe’s keeps me moving forward with online programing, and he’s been very contentious of a couple of old injuries I have to work through. I love having Joe as my personal trainer. When COVID hit I canceled my big gym membership and spent many months not being very active. At the big gym I was always wandering around pretty lost so making the decision to have one on one personal training is the best thing for me!
