After full arthroscopic shoulder replacement surgery in 2020 and subsequent physical therapy, I had a long way to go to rebuild real strength in that area. Thankfully, I was referred to Chad, who specializes in training those recovering from surgery and I couldn't be happier about my decision to start working out with him.
His knowledge and skills were apparent from the outset. Chad customized a program based upon my individual needs and desire to hit an effective, pain-free tennis serve again. I've made major improvements in strength, functionality, balance and flexibility and can do things I haven't been able to do for a long time, including hit a respectable serve!
