This 24 hour facility is a huge asset to Noble! The owners/staff are friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. Whatever your fitness style is, you have what you need to be successful here.

This gym is awful.
First they do not do any preventative maintenance on the machines. They break regularly. The gym itself is absolutely filthy. Years of sut on the top of the spiral duct for the air conditioning. Hair all over the floor and dut bunnies that you wouldn't believe. The owner just sits at his computer when he is there and does nothing. They have a personal trainer( owners girlfriend) who last I checked is not certified to be a personal trainer. The nutrition is also very dirty and sometimes the owner likes to keep his dog in there. That is a good prep area with a dog in it. I stayed at this gym for a couple years and nothing ever changed. Men's restroom smells like urine. Just disgusting. I would never recommend this gym. Not to mention the owner has you pay for a key fob 20 dollars that he doesn't refund. He calls it a non refundable deposit. What a scam!

Super nice people! Their hours on google keep messing up, they close at 2pm Friday and Saturday. Great shakes and great service! Highly recommend!

10/10 the only gym around that is worth your time. Not over crowded, very friendly, and great equipment. Not to mention the nutrition bar where you can get protein shakes and energy teas!

This is a smaller establishment but I love the attitude here. No Judgment, no pressure, and friendly people. They have group rates, a nutrition shake bar, and showers. I will be coming here as my home gym for now on!
