Only been training with Ibrahim for a short time, but he has already got me doing work outs I’ve been scared to do for years (for fear of injury) in a safe, controlled way. Where to start about Ibrahim and No Limits Fitness? Two words: life changing. I started working out with Ibrahim about five months after breaking both bones in my forearm and having two plates put in my arm. I didn’t know that I would ever return to full strength and mobility. After only two months working out with Ibrahim, I am bench pressing 50 lbs and dead lifting over 100 lbs. He is wonderful about working with injuries. He has a great knowledge of physiology and body mechanics and will always find a way to achieve the desired movement in a safe and supported way. In addition to training, he developed a stretching and conditioning routine for me that has been a game changer. My strength, stamina, and flexibility have improved so much under his guidance.

Ibrahim is the perfect combination of motivating you to push through your limits, while being kind, encouraging, and non-judgmental. I have never felt self conscious about my fitness level—he always pumps you up about what you’re doing well and where you’re improving. The private gym setting is perfect, the music is killer, and the vibe is fun and positive.

Ibrahim is a fantastic trainer. Just moved from Tulsa after working with him for a few months and he is definitely one of the parts of Tulsa I will miss most. When I'm working out with him and tell him I'm not feeling activation in a certain muscle that should be working, he understands exactly how I need to tweak my form to activate the right muscles for that exercise. Ibrahim is an incredible trainer. His extensive knowledge of how the parts of the body work, separately and together, gives him the ability to individualize training programs based on condition and age. He has modified exercises to accommodate my heart condition and my pacemaker. And a number of his exercises complement those that I am doing in PT for a gimpy knee.
