I absolutely love Tammy! She is very personal and knowledgeable.
I was so nervous about working with a personal trainer but she had truly made me more comfortable and more confident. I’ve seen major results and have been having less and less back pain issues than before. I’ve been losing weight, gaining muscle and gaining my confidence back!
I recommend her or this facility to everyone who asks about a gym or personal trainer.
She also has meal preps you can buy which are VERY affordable compared to other places around the city. It definitely helps when I’m in a rush and already was buying fast food.. this way I can know exactly how much I’m eating and know it’s healthy and for me. Also delicious!
If you’re thinking about doing personal training this is your sign!!!!

The studio offers 6 week bootcamp classes with a food meal plan for $125 as of todays date 2.22.2020! They are great classes! I enjoy they very much!

I have had the opportunity to train in a variety of gyms throughout my life...hands down OKCPT is the most effective, positive, and supportive gym I have had an opportunity to train in. Within the gym you have individuals like myself that come from all walks of life and body types. OKCPT is a gym you come to get healthier and in shape with trainers that are extremely educated in their specified field. I have trained at OKCPT for almost 4 ½ years most of that being with Tami. Oh good old Tami…..I would say that I am one that doesn’t mind wandering around the gym to talk to everyone (and going to the water fountain frequently) just to take breaks. My drill Sgt. Tami doesn’t allow me to so much as wander the least bit. And Tami really shows me the joys of the gym on leg day…gosh darn I love that woman..especially the day after leg day. I am being a little dramatic about something's but what I can tell you is Tami is the most focused trainer I have ever had and I have had a lot of them. Tami watches my form and doesn’t allow me to stop even when I REALLY want to. But what I enjoy most about her is the attention to detail when it comes to workouts and what my body does during the workouts. Tami recognizes when I am pushing it too hard (rarely) and keeps me from injuring myself as well as maintaining my form. I have seen significant gains and overall feel my health has improved. Tami along with Robert, Chad, Angus, Holly, Melisa, and Erica some of the best trainers locally!

Tami is an awesome trainer and pushes me further than I ever thought I could do. No two workouts are the same and I always feel better after working out. I’ve known Tami and Robert for 5-6 years now and they are great folks. She has helped me regain my strength and flexibility after going through breast cancer this year and I can’t say enough about her as a trainer and friend. The gym is extremely clean and the equipment is always wiped down after every client. I would highly recommend Tami no matter what your fitness level is. She will get you to the next level as long as you are willing to put in the work.

OKCPT is leagues above the rest! I've been training with Tami for three years and couldn't ask for a better trainer!! She makes an invested interest in your complete success and won't accept anything less from you. Between a very stressful job and family, staying motivated always been difficult for me and I start to make excuses to not go...which she completely ignores and gets me there anyway! She pushes me to succeed and has me laughing throughout our sessions. Her knowledge and her ability to customize workouts and eating habits for each client is immensely amazing...no cookie cutter approach here. The facility has the best equipment, always clean, and a very comfortable atmosphere. All the trainers are warm and friendly. Tami and Rob are like family!

I have been working out with Tami for over 3 years now. I have always hated working out but since starting with Tami I actually enjoy it. She keeps it fun and interesting. She's also very patient with me which has been helpful since I can be a bit of a clumsy oaf. The rest of the trainers there are always friendly and welcoming. No one feels judged or as if there is an unspoken competition. Everyone there is there to get their workout done and have a great time while doing so. I cannot recommend OKCPT enough.

I've been training with Robert for approximately three years. He's an excellent trainer who goes above and beyond to tailor each session to his clients. I don't think I've ever done the same work out twice because he works hard to add variety and keep it interesting. He does a free session at the beginning where he thoroughly evaluates your range of motion etc. He explains the exercises very well and is extremely knowledgeable about the body, muscles and how each exercise interacts with the body.
He is not a "meat head" type of guy. If you're intimidated about getting back into a health routine;regardless of your level of fitness or your weight call Robert. His wife Tami is also an experienced trainer. He doesn't focus on the bells and whistles, so if you only go to the gym to see or be seen don't go here. If you want an expert personal trainer at a reasonable price call Robert. There are no contracts so there's nothing to lose by trying out a healthier lifestyle for the next 6-8 weeks and see where it takes you.
I'm a woman in my 40s who has had 4 kids. I'm lifting heavier weights than ever, and wearing smaller clothes than ever. Because of Robert I've remained on track instead of derailing over a day or two of bad eating. Robert will hold you accountable so don't go if you want to exercise one day a week, drink beer and eat fries and come to the gym and blame your trainer for your lack of progress. Ask Robert to help you with a diet plan and he will help you find a plan that's right for you and will help you be successful. I can't recommend Robert enough. Give him a call; you won't be disappointed.

I've been working out for 20 years, the past three or so at OKC PT. Robert keeps the workouts fresh and varied (read: interesting) - it's never more than I can do, but I'm consistently challenged and encouraged to do more. He's always watching out for my safety and while I may be sore, I'm never hurt. The facility isn't fancy, but it's meticulously clean and the equipment is scrupulously maintained. If you're willing to put in the effort, he and the other trainers here will definitely meet you at least halfway and push you to success.

I've known Tami and Robert for over 10 years now and have trusted Robert with my personal training needs since I started with a trainer. Robert never does the same workout twice and he is ALWAYS on time and ready to go. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone needing a great quality personal trainer.
