I was pleased to find this studio! I was able to attend a yoga session on Thursday morning and it put me in a really good frame of mind. I was in town for my mom’s funeral and yoga that morning put me in a peaceful frame of mind that has stayed with me for several days now.

Already one of my favorite studios with a beautiful practice including diverse applications in ground, restorative, and aerial yoga classes. Both Sarah & Terri are wonderful teachers with unique styles of guidance, support, leading through grace.

Such a warm and welcoming environment and staff. The classes were relaxing and in depth, as well as personalized and challenging enough to not be boring for those more experienced. If you're feeling on the fence, I'd highly recommend just popping in. Just swing by for an initial class. I'm a shy person, and I really enjoyed myself.
