Pacific Personal Training is Durant's premier fitness studio specializing is semi-private training for women over 40, but also catering to men and women of all ages.

Located in the heart of downtown Durant, Pacific Personal Training has transformed hundreds of lives through professionally designed workouts, customized nutrition and habit coaching, and most of all, accountability from a strong community all striving to improve their lives.

Pacific Personal Training is a low-impact option for those who have been inactive for a long period of time. Programs are built to be very accommodating to those who are overweight, advanced in age, facing nagging pain and injuries, and just plain out of shape.

I can’t express enough how thrilled I am that I joined Pacific Training. I was nervous at first because I knew my body was out of shape and afraid I couldn’t endure….but Jacob doesn’t push you past what you can do and I am gradually feeling my old self reappear so that I am not tripping when I walk and I am keeping my body upright now when I walk and not hunched over.
I would recommend this to everyone but even more so to those that need to regain their strength and posture. Thank you Jacob!!

I had the opportunity to experience a one on one as well as a group workout. They not only help you with building your self esteem but you work at your own pace. You get to push yourself as an individual and only what your capable of doing. You would be surprised and amazed at what you can do, when you focus on just yourself. Self care is totally worth it, I would totally recommend.

Owner is unprofessional. Likes lie about competition on social media, and thinks that messing with people’s livelihood is funny and cute. Take your money elsewhere. Terrible business practices, no ethics, and no morals. There are many other options that ARE ethical to spend your hard earned money in Durant. Avoid AT ALL COSTS.

*Edit, their response to this review is about par for the course. Unprofessional. “We aren’t aware of what your complaint is” as if the owner didn’t post an apology video on the Facebook page an hour ago. Don’t try and walk it back now.

I began this program with health issues and limitations that arent going to go away. My first meeting prior to entering was all about what they could do and build upon what I could do to to help me. I felt an immediate sense of hope and belonging. The sessions have a limited amount of people, giving you that one on one training experience and I can't say enough about the trainers. Every session is met with encouragement and care, which makes me push myself harder in a place I feel safe. Entrusting them with my care has been the best thing I could do for myself and I continue maintain hope that I will only get better. You can't say enough about Pacific. Join the team, feel the encouragement, trust the program....you won't regret it!!!

I highly recommend Pacific Personal Training! Jacob and Lisa are both fantastic coaches. I've been training with them for over 6 weeks now, and I'm really happy with the progress I've been making. This is my first experience working out and I highly recommend Pacific Personal Training. I like that the session group size is small so I can receive more personalized instruction when needed. I joined with the goal of healthy aging. I’ve found the workouts and atmosphere to be very conducive to this goal. 10/10 would recommend! Honestly, 5 stars isn’t enough! For the first time ever, I have felt comfortable, confident, and completely empowered in working out. I was diagnosed with a severe lower back injury nearly a year ago and couldn’t even lift a pencil off the ground at times and walking flared everything up. After 9 months of chiropractic I have been cleared to start exercising again. This program has helped me to feel like my fitness goals are not only possible, but very achievable. I’ve been lifting weights (WEIGHTS!!) and walking a lot without any back issues. Jacob and Lisa have been phenomenal at adjusting a few exercises to help build muscles to support the injured area without affecting the injured area. Definitely the best place I've been. The trainers are supportive and understanding. I love how they schedule the sessions and all the resources they have for building better habits. I’m nearing my first six weeks and wanted to wait to give a review. The gym is small but really has all the equipment necessary for a thorough workout. I just completed my first 6 weeks at Pacific Personal Training, and I can already see considerable improvement in my strength, stamina, and (bonus) my mental health. The environment is supportive and encouraging - not at all intimidating. So shy person here & socially awkward. But here at Pacific you can be at ease. No judgement or feel like people are constantly staring at you. Everyone is on there own levels and very welcoming. Pacific Barbell is where it’s at!

Started on a program in April with some hesitancy that I would be able to improve, but I knew I needed to change.
