Peak has had a huge impact on my life. I’ve always been active and exercised, but Chance and Jade have improved my strength and flexibility so much more than I’ve been able to on my own. I’m stronger than I’ve been in 30 years. My knees are stronger and in better shape than they have been in a long time. I love the family atmosphere, and the positivity. The program is challenging but achievable. I absolutely love starting my day at Peak!

I joined Peak in November of 2024. When I started, I was desperate. I had been making poor choices regarding my physical and mental health all my life. I didn’t like the man looking back at me in the mirror. Thank God that isn’t the case anymore. I’m proud of the man in the mirror now!

Peak changed my life. Peak was the catalyst I needed. Chance and Jade Adams are the real deal. They are pro's! They have the program to get you on track. They lead by example in every way.

Great group gym experience! Very clean and organized. More than enough dumbbells and kettlebell bells of every size with no worries of not having a weight you can use. Love the seriousness of the stretches before and after workouts. They also do heavy barbell exercises and cardio on bikes and rowers. Owner/Coach Chance is very knowledgeable of the muscles used in each movement and does a great job explaining 'how to.' He and his wife, also a coach, have created a very encouraging environment which feeds to each member being encouraging even at 5am

Peak Health & Performance at 5:15 a.m. is the place to be if you want to witness pure commitment (or pure insanity). There's a unique vibe that only early risers know: the bleary-eyed zombie shuffle meets hardcore workout! Chance is amazing—he somehow looks awake and encourage you like you’re a champ. I might still be half-asleep, but I leave feeling like I could conquer the world (or at least go back to bed). Highly recommend this gym if you want gains, good vibes, and bragging rights for being up before the sun!"
