Took my first ever Lagree class last weekend with Ericka and had the best experience. She was so patient and kind to walk me through all of the basics and help me with position and form throughout the class. I was sore for two days afterwards and it felt so good! The studio is beautiful and I look forward to taking another class again soon.

The best 45 minutes of my day! As a mom of 3, my brain shuts off for a killer workout. I’ve never been this challenged while working out. The instructors keep it positive without being cheesy. Big win! If you’ve been looking to improve your overall fitness this is the place to be!

I love this place! It is so cute and all of the instructors are awesome. I would LOVE to see some classes added a couple times or once a week that are later than the 5:45pm - it can be really difficult to get there in time with rush hour if you work downtown and get off around 5. Would recommend!

This place is obnoxiously loud. I do not recommend it. They seem to have some fun classes but definitely are geared towards one demographic. since it’s so loud, you can’t hardly enjoy it! I don’t know how the other business is around it even stand to be near it. I definitely will not be returning.

I started coming about a month ago and quickly became obsessed! Trying a new place - and an activity that was brand new to me - was daunting. But the instructors and owners of Pike quickly make you feel like a friend. They offer tips, cues, support and encouragement - I never felt like I was a burden or they didn’t want to help me. I love coming to Pike! They provide such a great high intensity work out while remaining low impact, which makes it perfect for those of us who have or are still recovering from injuries. The Lagree method blends high-intensity with low-impact training, which has been a game-changer. For the past two years, I’ve struggled with stability in my ankles and hips, and this is the first workout that’s truly helped me build strength. When I told my physical therapist, chiropractor, and general practitioner about starting Lagree, they all agreed it’s fantastic for building muscle stability.

This is the fitness space I’ve looked all over OKC for! The classes are challenging but the best workout you’ll ever have. Some studios can feel cliquey and not inviting if you’re not a regular.
