Came in on November 20th at 11 am, two girls refused to let my black card guest in to shower without me being in there. We have animals in the car so you can’t leave them unattended and they made me sit inside and wait till she was done showering. I’ve never had this happen in the 2 years I’ve used planet fitness. Get some better trained employees!(:

This place has become a joke.they are no longer 24/7. The new machines feel flimsy and small compared to the old suff.the no longer enforce any rules i have a membership but they canceled my card to scan in without notice so I was going for nearly 2 moths without checking before any said anything and they didn't have to get rude about it the guy next to me is growling and grunting the person in front of me is climbing up on the weight bench bar but when I point it out to a employee behind the desk he just got back to watching his phone.

So impressed by how clean and pleasant this gym is. Probably one of the most comfortable gyms I have ever had the pleasure of working out in. Everything is so peaceful, the music is at a great level and staff is cleaning around the clock as you work out. Everyone I interacted with is friendly. Fantastic for everyone. No scales here though. The restrooms are big and modern and the showers are great. Ardmore is blessed with this Planet Fitness!

I have been going to the Ardmore, Oklahoma location for almost 6 months now. Since I moved from South Carolina. Every single employee here has been wonderful every time I've interacted with them. Kind...attentive...and very friendly. I do not know them all by name but they always acknowledge me and make me feel welcome. A wonderful staff that I appreciate every time I am there. If you cancel your membership, change your bank card info too. I’ve canceled three times now, in person, over the phone, and online, I keep getting charged. I’ve been charged $100 now since I’ve originally canceled the membership. They refuse to give me a call back. Customer service gets rude and hangs up.

Some lady ruined my mojo mid workout. She claimed "she didn't see me "and asked for my last name. I had to check in again. No duh if I was here before you got here you wouldn't have seen me. She didn't bother anyoneeeeee elseeee throughout my whole 2+ hour workout. She did manage to post against a wall and ignore the paper towels on the ground. She also managed to leave multiple dispensers empty.

Kennedy was very informative And her customer service skills shined, friendly and all smiles went out of her way to show me around and go over club prices and perks. Absolutely love this gym!! It’s nice to be able to enjoy the massage chair and hydro massage after a workout. Looking forward to my upcoming appointment with personal trainer Haley who is also very informative and knowledgeable with injury and how to direct toward a desired goal with prevention. She also was friendly and went over machines explaining what would work best with my current situation.
I loved how clean the gym is even the bathroom was very clean.

PF Ardmore is one of the best gyms I’ve ever used. Not only is the gym spotless, but the manager, Tiffany makes it her goal to make sure everyones needs are attended to and you feel like family. It’s a pleasure to come to the gym! What I do wish, is that the owners would consider adding more weight equipment. It’s getting busier and the machines and benches are taking longer to use. I suppose that’s a good problem to have.

Pushing through a set of shoulder excercises mid-rep on the second set, the manager interrupts me. Rather than addressing the issue when I arrived or while I was about to leave this sweet lady rudely interrupts my workout. After answering her judgemental questions, shaken up, I asked her to call me later to discuss the confusion. She calls me to inform me I have been banned for no apparent reason. She also made the staff I purchased lunch for return the money. This is not a monarchy where a Queen runs off the people who pay to keep the lights on. I am very offended by the lack of class the current manager displays. My gym pack seven of us will al be leaving reviews and contacting corporate. Will adjust the review as needed!

Update: received targeted advertising with an invitation to return to the club. I called to verify their would not be any issue. I was sold a membership and assumed everything was resolved. Upon my second visit, Tiffany, the same manager, instructs a staff member to ask me to leave due to trespassing. Waited for the cops and I was arrested onsite. While having a membership with PF I was still somehow trespassing weeks after I signed up at the same location. I have video of the entire event. Corporate failed to respond to my complaint also.

Everyone that works there is so friendly and the entire gym is always so clean! You always see them deep cleaning too so you know it’s really clean and the equipment is well taken care of. Very friendly and clean environment to get an amazing workout and after a workout a few minutes in hydro and massage chairs to relax. I also enjoy the red light therapy bed. I often catch staff cleaning the inside of the beds as well as the outside and so I know they are very detail oriented with their cleaning.

This location is kept nice and clean. The layout is not great, but it works well enough. I really wish this location would have made space for a larger free workout area. There is no room for activities like lunges, stretching, etc. There is a tiny, tiny corner that they dedicate for it, but its essentially useless.

Gym itself is not the worst. Could use a couple more pieces of lifting equipment and would like to see the dumbbells go a bit higher than 75 pounds.

However, the (some of) staff is quick to spitefully judge and punish in my book. My key example is me and my wife are both black card members for the tanning and joined really only for that reason since the weights and equipment could be improved. We both apply tanning lotions to help protect our tattoos. To help with that we apply lotion before tanning to one another to help with streaking and in even color. We had tanned 3 times like this in the past there and even let one of the employees know why and that we were doing it. Well today big boss person was there and I guess had a conniption about it, to the point they were waiting outside to confront my wife about the issue. They elected to punish us instead of simply just asking and informing us that we can lotion one another up but not wait in the room.
We do not have an issue with the policy but do have a major issue with the way it was handled. They informed me my tanning rights were stripped for the day of coarse after applying the tanning lotion.
There reason is because I was exposed to UV by setting in the room already today.
Common math logic is something I am blessed with and asked as followed.
My wife only tan the bed for 5 minutes of the max 12 minutes (as they know) I only asked to run for 5 minutes as well. Both of us even in the bed would be under the single person 12 minute max. So I informed them that there logic of max exposer is non existent.
Instead the un-polite looking individual stuck to her guns and insisted that she does not care.
As a paying member.
1. I feel I was stolen from by taking away something I paid for.
2. I feel the demeaning way my wife was approached was in called for. Considering this gym prides itself on being a “Judgment Free Zone”.
3. We are full grown adults, if we did something wrong let us know. Don’t punish and demean us for something that is not posted or common knowledge to every gym member. There are plenty of signs that we read before tanning to know the rules. That was not one of them. If this was handled in a polite manner and just a simple warning, I would be so upset at the situation.
Signed a trapped paying member for the year to a gym that we no longer feel welcomed or comfortable at.

I love the workouts machines, the tanning, and the massage chair. however, when the hours changed they started making it to where at 9:40 I couldn't take a five-minute tan when everyone else around me was still on machines if it closes at 10 then that's when the cleaning should start not telling me I can't go into tan at 9:40 for a 5 minute tan.

I would give it a 5 star but having only one vanity with one outlet for blowdryers and irons in womens locker room makes it very hard to get ready for work in morning (after a workout)when there are 4-5 other women trying to as well. Please take out your closet in there and add more vanities with outlets 😁. I do want to say the staff is awesome and equipment is clean and well maintained! Morning atmosphere is awesome! I have been going since right after the doors open years ago and Tiffany the manager has been the best by far.

Always clean and well-maintained. I've been coming here since they opened. The message water chairs and beds are nice to use occasionally, and many of my friends like using their tanning beds. If you like cardio, this place is excellent. If weight lifting is your goal, this place is great for that, too. Beginning and intermediate lifters can be at home here, but advanced lifters might find that their weight selection drops off past a certain point.

Go to a real gym. Where people and staff are friendly and don’t lie. At this place the staff is not helpful. They don’t act like they care you’re a member there. Management needs a lot of help. No help from them either. Not a friendly place. Problem makers not problem solvers work there. Scammed my wife into believing she could make an account for me to go workout. She asked several times if she had to be there for me to workout and they told her he just needs to have the application on his phone to scan himself in. They made the account in her name and won’t let me workout. :) offered no solutions to this problem. They don’t care.

I Love the staff very friendly. I have always found it clean. I do wish it was in a bigger location not much space for floor exercising and Free weighs are limited too, but besides these things it is great. I did once suggest that they put out fans in the back to help circulate air better and the very next week they had fans in the back. So I am not sure if I was the only customer that had stated this but I like to think that they took my suggestion and ran with it. Thanks so much for providing us with affordable and nice facility for working out

I walked into Planet Fitness today to sign up, and I cannot wait to be a regular member of this gym. Not only were the staff friendly, they answered the several questions that I had and gave me a complete tour of the facility. Not only that, but they pointed me out to a personal trainer in the gym and gave me some personal advice to help me reach my fitness goals.
