If I could give 0 stars I would. My girlfriend has repeatedly tried to cancel her membership via email, and phone. She was repeatedly dodged for almost a year while still being charged the main membership fee and multiple others a month with no explanation. DO NOT GO HERE.

With the amount of money they steal from you, you may as well go to a nicer gym and pay a little more. I’ve reached out countless times over random charges to my card from Planet Fitness. They are somehow charging my checking and my savings. Anywhere from 16 dollar charges to 69 dollar charges. Sometimes up to 3 different dollar amount charges in one month. They have gone out of their way to not help me figure this out. I don’t live in BA anymore, and everytime I try cancel my membership I’m told I need to come to the gym location to cancel. Seriously, go elsewhere. It’ll save you time and money.

Been out of the country for several years and happy to be back and rejoin Planet Fitness. This location is clean, equipped, and has great customer service. The only issue I have is the WiFi seems to not work very well. I can’t even pull up my scan in QR code when I am connected to PF
WiFi. Cell signal at the entrance is ok but pretty bad inside the gym.

The WiFi is a minor issue but maybe something to look into. Overall a great facility though.

Great customer service! That really won me over. Will, the receptionist was very helpful on 10/11th and on 10/12th. He was very patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything. The other, equally important decision that won me over was the plans option. The Black Card Plan was reasonably priced with great features, like bringing a guest any time, tanning, and massage. The showers, lockers, and toilet stalls were big and clean. Plenty of equipment, and different kinds, plus it was very clean, open 24 hours, able to use membership at any Planet Fitness location, and I like all the TVs.

Long story shortI was accused of saying some pretty rude things to someone.And instead of confronting me differently after, they can prove that I said it, this crazy blonde lady treats me like a criminal, just because of a he said, she said, incident, my fiance has had issues with the same person with attitude and lack of respect for customer service.I have been going here for about a year now.Maybe longer this lady is a very big problem.Everything else is welcoming except her i was told that I was going to be reached out on the same day that this happened here.We are going into monday and I have yet to hear anything from anyone after treating me like she did the day apparently.I did this or said what I said she should have probably reviewed.The cameras and then treated me differently versus how she did without any hard proof of me saying, what was being said, I said. Reacted a little bit faster than she should have probably done little do they know, my fiance was on the other side of the wall where I was at, and she did not hear me say one rude thing. Lol

The Broken Arrow location is very welcoming! The club is extremely clean and well-maintained. The general manager, Zach, does a fantastic job keeping the club in excellent condition and consistently goes above and beyond for his members. This is truly one of the best clubs around!

“I walked into this gym thinking I’d casually lift some weights, maybe run a bit, and emerge as the next superhero. Turns out, just climbing onto the treadmill already had me breathing like I was auditioning for a horror movie.

But that’s the beauty of this place—the trainers cheer you on, people smile at your struggles (not judgment I hope 😁), and the vibe is less ‘intense muscle factory’ and more ‘support group for people trying not to collapse while using the stairclimber.’

Since joining, I can now carry all my groceries in one trip—so yeah, I’d say results are showing. 😏

Kelsea was amazing! Not only was she helpful, but she also tried to be a good person. My son and I are driving across the country. We purchased a PF membership due to its acceptance at ALL locations.
We had an issue with my son's high-school membership which I don't know a thing about🙄 bc his father set it up. Several locations were rude and asked my son to leave because he used my pass instead of his. He's 16, lifts some weights, does 5 mins on the treadmill, and hits the showers. I take ALOT longer 🤣 bc I'm old and slow.
We were told they couldn't help us and we would have to fix the issue at home! I reminded them we're traveling across the country!!!

If it weren't for Kelsee we would be canceling our membership bc this location was our last attempt. She even helped us find things and went above and beyond. Thank you ❤️

Used to really enjoy my lunch time workouts here, now PF is letting high school kids workout for free and it’s way over crowded with HS kids. The Broken Arrow location, from my experience so far, is a good location to workout at. It has a nice set up and it looks clean. One of the employees there, Christy(don't know if I spelled her name right) who works in the mornings, is really nice and a hard worker. She's always by herself though. It would be nice if she had some help.

Good place to work out, nice machines and perfect location for me, that's why I chose to work out there. It does need more room for free core exercises, you almost need to fight for a mat spot, but eventually, you find it. What you can't find AT ALL is internet signal. It is absolutely awful. 3G, 4G, 5G? It really doesn't matter, it won't work. Their wifi is just as horrible. If you want to hear music or whatever, you have download first. Even my work out routine, if I don't open the app before going on, I have to take trips to the front of the store. And don't bother talking to anyone. Last time o tried a manager, she said hers doesn't work either and now she just avoids eye contact with me when I'm up front trying to make my work app to show me where I should go next. Hey Planet Fitness, how about improve your wifi signal for your members? Something tells me it would be a fine idea ; )

I had an amazing experience at this Planet Fitness location! The customer service is outstanding—every staff member is friendly, helpful, and professional. Weather gets slightly bad and they close. Idk how you claim 24/7 and close at the first sign of any bad weather. Just leave it open like any other 24/7 gym. The main reason I bought the membership was the freedom of going whenever I like. If you go at 1am there is no employees there so I don’t understand why it can’t stay open in bad weather. As I sit in the parking lot typing this out I’ve watched 10+ cars pull up and leave. I’m definitely frustrated typing this out but good god leave the doors open. You claim 24/7 be 24/7 because there is a lot more people than just me that would like to workout even if the weather isn’t favorable.

This place is so dirty, the men's bathroom 2 of the urinals are not working and the shower.pressure is low.
It totally stinks in there.
The women's bathroom is no better.
I pay $25 to be a part of this gym ND I have been to the others and they are so nice. Why is the B/A so dirty, dark like you are going into a bar.
Please fix the things that need fixing.

I like it there. People are considerate, and it's pretty relaxing to be able to go there and just get a work-out done. It's never too crowded, nor is it too loud. I'm a fan of Planet Fitness and I'd encourage anyone who wants to start going to the gym to just start going. It's genuinely a judgement free place and the only person stopping you from going is you. Hello! I have to say, I truly love Planet Fitness, specifically the Elm location in Broken Arrow, OK. I literally visit the gym everyday to workout, tan and use the massage beds. I spend about 1.5 hours at this location every night. The staff is so friendly and they keep the place looking amazing! My favorite staff members are Kristi, Jordan, Shawn, Zach and Janey. They are amazing and make feel like I'm "home" every time I got here. Give these people a raise, they make the gym the safe place that it is. Thank you all so much for all that you do! Showed up to start our membership through my wife's work.. nobody was at the front desk cause the worker was by herself (Janey)

After walking around and finding nobody for 10 minutes (literally) she shows up and tells us she's new and has no idea how to even do that so we need to come back another time..

Why would a worker who doesn't know this basic task be allowed to be there solo?

Poor management and even worse training obviously.

The maintenance situation here is terrible. The water heater for the men's room has been "experiencing issues" for 6 weeks with no repair plan. Machines go down and just sit there with signs on them. And sometimes locks stay on lockers for weeks at a time.

This review is for my truckers who workout on the road. This location is open 24 hours with working showers. I wouldn’t recommend parking with a trailer. I bobtailed and backed into a space in the back of the parking lot and wasn’t bothered by anyone. Don’t park on the side where the furniture store is because they have signs posted.
