Salesmen are misleading. They told my son and wife when they signed up that they had to have a bank account linked in case the card didn't clear. Told us the card was primary. The proceeded to charge my bank account instead of the card first as was promised. Then they treated me like it was my fault their salesmen mislead us. Now my bank account is overdrawn and they let me know I'm welcome to come in but they likely won't give me my money back or cover my bank charges and I may have to fight them in court. There was money on the card he signed up under and was told would be charged on. Wow. They really need to get better employees or just quit lying to people.Worst customer service I have ever received. I would give negative stars if I could.

I didn’t wanna make this review because the hydrobed and equipment are awesome, but The Black Guy with dyed blonde hair ALWAYS has a bad attitude, same with the chubby guy with broccoli hair and glasses, I’ve went about 12 times and they’re always awful. The only nice employee I’ve encountered at this place is the night shift guy, I think his name was Tristan. It’s supposed to be a “judgement free zone”, yet ironically the employees seem to be judging the hardest out of anyone there.

I normally like Planet Fitness, but this one was smaller then usual. I went to this one cause I had extra time to spare for a morning work out before work and it was one the way. I didn't like that everything is so close together. It was a little much.

Love Planet Fitness! I started working out at the Claremore facility last year, I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and attitude of the staff. The building is always well maintained and clean. The locker rooms have never been in disarray and the latest addition of motivational posters was a lovely touch! Not even joking, what made me want to leave a review was I forgot a ponytail and they have little jars full of them at this location 🥹🙌 Current Black Card Member and I plan on keeping it that way. 🏋️‍♀️💪✌️

Hubby and I have been going to the planet fitness in Claremore. This location is a great location. It is on the older side but you can tell they keep up on the maintenance. There is enough equipment to go around, we haven't had any problems with any of the people or staff, and I like the QR code for quick reference on how to use the equipment. I do wish there was one closer but we have been enjoying going to this location.

This is a place where everyone feels like they belong. Cleaning supplies are readily available. And I was never approached by anyone asking for my number or staring me down when I was working out. Everyone just comes to workout and do their own thing. It feels safe and clean and the staff is friendly, inviting, and not judgemental. I enjoy my time there and recommend getting a black card. Well worth the money spent.

I really like working out here and love the variety equipment. It is also nice and clean. Im giving this PF 3 stars bc I work nights and it sucks that their not open 24hrs Friday-Sunday. Also I don't like all the extra fees when you sign up. Its not really just $10 a month.

The workers are all rude and not very welcoming with a small exception of the weekend workers. The girls are especially rude. They rarely greet me or my friends, they’re too busy talking with their backs turned and ignore guests while we try to get the scanner to work to scan in. The place is pretty clean but the weekend sucks if you want paper towels to clean, it takes them forever to restock them. It is also almost too hot to breathe sometimes when I make it in during the middle of the day like they have the heater running, even when it’s 70 degrees outside. The music is very loud and terrible, constantly have to turn my headphone volume up all the way just to tune it out.

These employees are the most warmly inviting staff when you enter the gym and the entire atmosphere, is calm. I've seen members support each other' every day and give words of encouragement.
