Recent experience at the Duncan, Oklahoma location is making me miss the Midwest City, OK location. Trying to get stretches in and 2 women having a LOUD conversation in the room. Had to full blast my ear buds. Getting my cardio in and the heart rate monitor on the treadmill doesn't work. THEN after all my leg workouts.....BOTH Hydrobeds are down. BOTH!! Nothing like cramping up even after hot stretches when you get home. All of these issues for an expensive membership. Employee offered me a tanning bed instead saying the heat will help ......really????? Black card membership is starting to look over rated in this location. Very disappointed.

This is one of the cleanest, most well-maintained,friendliest up-to-date equipment Planet Fitness I have been in at anywhere in the country, and I have traveled the country several times the staff you have here are all deserving of a raise. They know their jobs they go out of their way to help you they don’t just hang out and stand behind the desk and look at their phones. They’re always out clean cleaning assisting your customers and ensuring your facility is taken care of. Candace is one of the best managers I have seen outside of the military if you’re looking for a gym and you don’t go here just go back to your mom‘s basement.

Shout out to Sean for all the help! I recently moved back to OK from North Carolina and was completely unaware of some of planet fitness’s policies. So apparently when you sign up at a gym, making it your home gym, you can only workout at other planet fitnesses for a limited time. TOTALLY DIDN’T KNOW THIS. With all the hurricanes and everything going on it was really difficult for me to get in touch with my home gym. I tried contacting them to switch my gym to Duncan with no success. I tried online, also, with no success. I even tried calling the customer service number listed but just kept hitting walls. So many technical errors!!!! Sean went way out of his way to help me make the switch happen. While the other reps DID try , their patience only lasted for so long before telling me I could always try again later. Sean really took the time out of his day and was very patient to help make sure the issue was resolved so I could get back on track in my fitness journey. I really appreciate all the help.

Positives : Clean. Like for real clean. Having come from Queens, NY, where the PFs were almost hazardous they were so dilapidated, this PF is immaculate.

The staff is awesome. They're all cool, personable and accommodating.

The other: This is definitely a PF. I've never walked into any gym, and LOST my desire to lift. It's quiet, safe... and boring. The lights are dim, and it takes very few people to fill the space, and quickly reduce your options as far as exercises to practically nothing.

My suggestion: get rid of over half the treadmills and othe cardio... I've never seen it close to being completely occupied. Replace with some other options.
Turn the lights up. It's DARK in the rear of the gym... it makes napping on the floor mats seem appealing.

Honestly, really wish this town had more options for places to actually lift without training wheels.

They have zero gravity, hydro massage beds. They also have the regular seated chair massagers. Love them both!! Especially the zero gravity hydromassage bed.

They're 30 minute area is spaced out enough to where you don't feel like you're on top of each other like in other locations I've been in. Also, in the very back to the left is where the ab area is along with the stretching area. They have some kind of rope pulling system that I love you using for my arms!

Although this location closes at 7pm on Saturday, there is never a bad time for a workout. Planet Fitness is a judgment free facility. They have equipment for everyone. They offer different varieties of equipment designed for your fitness goals. After a workout, you can enjoy a hydro massage. The restrooms and showers are clean. I like the fact that you can work out, take a shower, and get back to your daily routine feeling fresh if needed. If you like to tan, They have tanning options as well.

Not There Yet, But Will Be Later Today. Will adjust rating after live visit. Hope the owner is still expedient to read reviews on his/her gym. I myself am a bit injured, and trying a one day pass with a friend through the app later. If she is not allowed to assist me (one arm down, preexisting muscle & nerve damage) I will immediately leave and look elsewhere. New to Duncan, but really need an escape from...well, the less savory parts of the population. Please be merciful to a broken old nerd. One step tornado kick? Those days are long gone for me. But the drive to improve is still there. If visit goes well, I am a small business owner and maybe tempted by company/group bulk membership rates. Max of 5 starting off. Here's hoping my muffled winces don't set off the dreaded "link alarm" later. Sometimes it's needed pain- not showing off. Rant done. Sorry for my appearance, hospital scrubs aren't very flattering. The facility is what you would expect... There is plenty of equipment to handle multiple guests at one time.

The staff is polite and professional. And if you bring something to their attention, they look into it right away.

Pros: friendly staff, squeaky clean, 24/7 during the week, super hot water in the showers - rare for a gym.

Cons: Too many cardio machines; clients of this location go for the weights. Cardio equip is always half empty while sometimes you can't even get in on some of the weight machines because of the crowd.

Also this location smells like a stale Chinese food restaurant, which happens to be 2 doors down. The smell leaks into this gym and it stinks... all the time.

I am black card membership holder and was denied being able to bring my friend. He was approved on the app and denied being able to attend with me, then once she finally got it in computer we were going to tan and he was still not able to tan bc of bed malfunction and she would not help him to another bed. This gym is nice, the staff is amazing my only complaint is how small it is for being the only gym in town. If you go after 5 it's almost impossible to use certain equipment since the typical meat heads are camping on everything. A bigger building is the next move for this gym! But otherwise, morning time is the best to go if you need to get in and out under and hour

My self and my friend Stephanie who signed up with planet fitness on April 7th with Lucia Avila sign us with a trainer to get familiar with the EQUIPMENT on Tuesday April 9th at 9:30 well the trainer wasn't there . They had to reschedule for the following week with the trainer I live 30-40 minutes drive. Plus Lucia was supposed to email me points for joining as she did my friend Stephanie. Right now not a happy camper. You are requiring face mask as of August 1. We are social distancing now, we are not on top if each other, & future more It's really hard to breath with it on while working out. There are a few that do wear one, they are just on the bicycle.
