I would leave 5 stars because I love the staff, they are extremely nice and I work out occasionally with my daughter, I do tan mostly and love the beds HOWEVER they are almost always dirty. I have to clean them myself or request a clean bed. This has become a frequent thing to were I’ve considered switching to Crunch. No one wants to clean someone else booty sweat 😓 also, who are these people leaving puddles of sweat in the bed?!

The gym itself is lacking some basic machines, but the shower was awful. Not only was there zero hot water, but the shower curtains aren’t wide enough to actually cover the opening. So you have to decide which side you want open - no privacy. Also, there’s nowhere to put anything you bring into the shower (like your shampoo) so you have to sit it on the dirty shower floor.

When I first joined this gym, I was really excited. The staff member who gave me a tour was very kind and helpful, which made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, when another employee took over, I felt judged right away—in a place that’s supposed to be a “judgment free zone.” That first impression stuck with me, and as a result, I’ve only gone a handful of times over the last few months. I truly believe if my first experience had been different, I would be going regularly. I hope the gym takes this as feedback, because creating a welcoming environment is so important for new members.

The staff is friendly. There are plenty of treadmills, stair steppers, elliptical and stationery bikes. I usually do not wait for machines. The bathrooms are clean.

My favorites are the hydromassage and total body enhancement (red light therapy), Captains chair, and assisted pull up .

They say they a "Judgement Free Zone" until you go to quit. I was a member for almost three and a half years until a few things changed. They took out most of their machines and now you have to wait for the one bicep machine to open. This was one of the driving factors for me to look elsewhere. I found a new gym with better amenities so I go in to cancel. I entered the facility and there were three people at the front desk....very friendly greeting and asked how they could help. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. It was silent for about 10 seconds and they all looked away. I was getting ready to say something when one of them spoke up and stated she would handle it. When asked why I was leaving I stated I found a gym with better amenities. When I got the email confirmation it stated "no time/non use" To be honest I was really taken back from a place the calls themselves "judgment free" So just remember they may have a smile on their face but YOU ARE BEING JUDGED! Now let's hope I do not keep getting charged after canceling as I have read many times.

Ive been traceling the US and hitting PF gyms along the way...at least 4 a week. Tbis is a clean gym. Hot showers. It doesn't have the hammer strength chest and lat machines that other ones do, but I'm not sure if any of the PF in OK City have them.
I did notice fruit flies/gnats inbthe showers which means they may have some nasty shower drains, but other than thay i was satisfied with it.

I've never been to a gym before, and I was very nervous to go. But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mariah. She explained everything so well and made me feel welcome, so I signed up for a membership. She showed me all around and answered all my questions. At the end, she had me do a trial run of the water massage beds, and it was amazing! Thank you so much!

Only on my 4th visit here since joining and let me say, my only regret wasn’t joining sooner. I came over from Crunch and what an epic disaster that place was. It was filthy and insanely overcrowded. Every trip in to this location they have been cleaning! The equipment is hands down better here and the staff always greets you. Something I didn’t get at the other gym. Really impressed and glad I made the change over.

I used to be a member and after I decided to cancel my membership, I was asked to go to the gym and cancel my membership in person which I did around August 2024. I wasn’t paying attention to my bank account and beginning of 2025 I realized that I was being charged for the past 5 months as well as another annual fee for this year. I went back and talked to the manager and she said she will cancel my membership and will get me reimbursed for the amounts charged to my account. Not only I have not received my money back yet, also I was told that the refund request was denied because the person who processed the cancellation did not finalize it. I would not recommend this Gym to anyone else and please be careful with your automatic payment process as well. I will also file a claim with Better Business Bureau. It’s not about the money, it’s about being charged for someone else’s mistake.
Note: the staff are friendly and respectful. It’s the business not the individuals

This Planet Fitness location is a decent gym with a good selection of equipment and a welcoming environment. I always appreciated the variety of machines and free weights available, and I never felt judged or intimidated. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. However, there were a few downsides that ultimately led me to switch gyms. The limited hours were a major inconvenience, as I prefer to work out late. It needs to be 24/7. Additionally, the men's bathroom was often dirty, and the machines could have used a deeper clean. While the gym generally seemed tidy, visible sweat marks on the equipment were a common sight. Overall, I would give this Planet Fitness 3 out of 5 stars. It's a good option for those seeking a budget-friendly gym with a positive atmosphere, but those with specific scheduling needs, want more amenities or high standards for cleanliness might want to consider other options.

Great Gym! Staff are attentive but out of your way. The combo lockers are a nice touch and the overall esthetic is appealing. Makes working out there a pleasure.
Wouldn't expect less, although it would be nice getting another one near I-35.

Most of staff are friendly but the gym lately is not as good as used to be. They shut the restrooms for 3-4 days because of plumbing issues. There was no water last Friday and no internet today for the whole day as I came twice.in addition, the sanitizer dispensers are sometime empty.

The gym has gone downhill in a huge way. No AC all summer long (they wanted to save money) and now they’ve changed the ratio of their sanitizer spray that it’s almost 100% water. I’m just waiting in Crunch to open. I suspect there will be a few members leaving once a better option comes along. They ran off the only decent manager they’ve had. Pretty sad actually. Not to mention, the weekend staff has got to be the laziest people I’ve ever seen. Always on their phones and paper towel dispensers are usually empty.

The gym is nice , good equipment. However, I originally signed up for 24 hours not closing at 10 o’clock. My schedule can be pretty hectic and it was nice. Having those late evenings I could go work out.. sorry, opening at 4 AM. I think it’s just plain stupid. It would be really helpful if they just stayed open till 11. Not everyone has a schedule, but they can come in really early to the gym. There are a couple of 24 hour gyms in Edmond that are a little more expensive, but I’m looking at those
