Scheduled a 8am work out but lady at desk was very rude and said the trainer is not there until 11am. She was just sitting there playing on her phone and acted like I was bothering her. If the trainer isn't in until a certain time why can you schedule classes before. The gym is really nice and clean, but the lady up front just ruined it was very unprofessional.

Update Trainer called shortly after this happened. Was super nice and apologized for the way things went and set it up to meet him later, so will see how it goes.

Update Went in talked to Steve super nice guy showed me a work out routine and get goals for myself. Very glad I went back.

I've been going to planet fitness for over 5 years I haven't renewed my membership but looking forward to doing that at the first of the month this year. I am in what is called advanced boot camp it is a training facility used to help mind your heart and your soul back together I was introduced to planet fitness and have always enjoyed their facilities there is not another fitness center that I have been to yet that I have felt I wanted to be a part of looking forward to visiting with the staff at the first of the month

Went to sign up the dude behind the counter just kept staring at me afraid he'd have to get up and do his job, he finally greeted me in a rude manner just said "what do you need". When I asked to sign up he just gave me a QR code and told me to do it myself and when I got signed up he didn't show me around say thank you or anything. He was very rude I think I will take advantage of the cancel anytime to find a new spot.

CHARGED ME $20 each time talking about it’s a late fee… it’s autopay. That shouldn’t fall on me. If the payment is due the 17th and doesn’t hit my account until the 19th that’s not my fault. I’ve tried calling the MWC club and the lady that answers the phone is rude and not helpful. She tells me it’s “pending” but I’m explaining that it’s POSTED and that it’s hitting my account. I got charged $20 twice and $16 once now I’m negative 56 dollars. On top of that, the last time I went there afterwards I was sick w covid. So, I visited the gym today with my family. When we arrived, we found my daughter working out, and two other staff members were observing and taking pictures of my daughter. I was quite surprised and a bit uneasy about this. I don’t know why they were taking pictures of my kids, and it made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I’m concerned that this could be a sign of inappropriate behavior, and I urge you to investigate this matter with your staff members. I would never return to your facility in the future.

Billy gave me the grand tour and it was awesome. All of the "Golden nuggets" of hidden amenities were a pleasant surprise. The plethora of cleaning stations provided a sense of security for the most severe germaphobe. I was sold on all of the perks after I saw the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. Most gyms lose points in the shower area, but this Planet Fitness shines in this department. I'm going to replace my Paramount+ and Starz subscription for the "Black Card" Planet Fitness membership.

Not a bad gym at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and appealing environment. Deducted two stars for it taking a very long time to set up my membership initially, not sure if it usually takes 45 or so minutes per person but that was the case for me; and secondly for just the fact that there's a "lunk alarm" and the culture surrounding the business seems to be very inclusive and targeted towards a certain demographic of people. Other than that, nice machines (despite not having a more traditional set up with bench's, dead lifts, squat racks, more free weights, ect.) and nice facility all and all.

The gym is very clean and well maintained. However if you a runner, these Matrix machines are not for you. The ergonomics are way off and not suited for running. The decks feel like sand. It is well documented on the internet that these particular machines are awful. If you want a quality run that feels like an outdoor run, you need a Precor gym.

While this gym is always cleanly and the staff Relatively friendly - The only reason I'm rating two stars is because of the extreme inconvenience of their limited hours.
When I signed up for Planet Fitness, it was mainly because of the fact that they were 24 hours. After the pandemic, their hours "temporarily" shortened - Which was understandable.
It was said to members like myself, that this was going to be a temporary change. Well, not only Have the hours remained limited, they have gotten even shorter - particularly on the weekends, where they now close at 8 PM. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I don't understand how the hours can be so limited Yet we are still paying the same membership fee price as we were when it was 24 hours. There is ZERO incentive for my family to main members at PF when we can pay the same price at other local gyms who ARE open 24 hours.
PLEASE EXTEND YOUR HOURS! if you can't go back to 24 hours - maybe consider staying open until midnight! When my husband and I are leaving at closing every evening, there's always at least 5 people who have come straggling in 10 minutes before closing, expecting to work out, but not realizing it's about to close.

PF is a good value. I’ve been to several locations and this one is among the best. I chose PF because they are everywhere and I travel constantly. This PF is clean, open equipment, and friendly staff. A clean and wonderful gym with lots of equipment so there are plenty of good options even during busy times. $10/mo. Membership is a good value. Planet Fitness competes most directly with 10 Gym because it doesn’t offer a basketball court or pool, like the dirty and worn-out YMCA in Midwest City.
It’s disappointing that the leaders of our community don’t let a Recreation Center go to a vote of the citizens. MWC is well served with basic gyms, like P.F., but extremely underserved with indoor recreation opportunities. Rose State college shut down their swimming pool and the window of opportunity to swim at dirty and antiquated YMCA is so small there is little point in trying to go. Same for basketball. There’s just one court and it’s rarely available because of league play. When it is available there is no way a group of adults could get a full court game going because children have access to the one basketball court available in MWC.
Additionally, MWC school children have poor options for after school care. If there was a robust Rec. Center, kids could be bussed to and from school where they could enjoy their time away from school. Latchkey programs in the cafeteria of the schools is a miserable option and miserable environment for kids who have been sitting in classrooms all day and are waiting for their parents to get off work.
A Rec. Center would enhance the quality of life for the entire community and should be put to a vote of the people.
But for now, at least there is Planet Fitness.

But due to no overnight parking I was only able to get a quick workout in then so I could still have enough time on my clock to get to the truck stop. I haven't found a better value for a fitness membership than PF! I'm a business traveler and having access to a large scale fitness center when I'm someplace for work and need more than what most hotel fitness centers can offer, is a huge benefit to the Black Card membership. With amenities like tanning, showers, locker rooms, discounts on products, as well as massage beds, total body fitness booths and relaxation chairs, I can't justify spending thousands on home gym equipment that take up space. Each location does vary in some of their equipment upgrades and type of machines, but overall I find them quite consistent. The weights only go up so high, so true meat heads need not apply!
