This place is a scam. I cancelled my membership in person in March 2025 and signed papers for this Subscription to be cancelled and it’s November and they are still charging my card. ROBBERY!!! I do not suggest this place. They are thieves and they know it. Thumbs down planet fitness. Guess I’m off to see LA fitness. Problem I have is they were still able to take money even after I blocked the business.

This is the best gym I've ever been to. 《⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️》

Several of the workers get on my nerves pretty bad, being rude, condescending, or unprofessional.

They have a broken smith machine that is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

They let people CONTINUE to SLAM MACHINE WEIGHTS over and over and over.

listening to someone sing and whistle to songs off key, very loudly, DRIVES ME [and others] NUTS! This is a gym, not karaoke. We have to just sit and suffer our be forced to leave.

They don't enforce the "wipe down the machine after you use it" rule. And don't wipe down after people when they don't. I can get over that bit, but it's still an annoyance.

THERE IS NO AIR IN THE ABS AND STRETCHING ROOM. It's stale and warm and humid. They need a dang floor fan in there, SOMETHING, ANYTHING.

To be honest, it's the most boring planet fitness. I've seen in the United States. The hours are minimal. The prices are high and there is no sauna and steam room at all. I do not recommend this gym.

The workout equipment is great, the people are excellent and friendly but the tanning beds do nothing to tan you. I am super white and I go the entire time and never even get a burn. Please update bulbs. Tia

Planet Fitness has new exercise equipment for everyone to get in shape . You're always greeted with a welcome and smile from staff , and if you need that one on one training, you can get that here too. Lots of TV's to watch and listen to while you exercise, all machines and free weights are sanitized all day long by the staff , and there's lockers & showers for men & women . Folks, this is a nice, well equipped planet fitness facility.

I am here in Ponca City working and I am a long time member of Planet but I must say I have NEVER SEEN ANY GYM this clean. These 2 ladies are, polite, attentive, literally the standard for how PF employees should be. The Houston locations could learn a lot from these 2 ladies.

I’ve come to this gym every night since I been in town…the younger girls are always friendly never had a problem until tonight…I work 7am-7pm I get here around 7:45 the showers were closed before 8…I couldn’t shower so I was wiping down with a rag to keep from putting my total dirty body into clean clothes and the attendant goes we close at 9 it’s 8:20 that angered me so bad I’ve never been rushed out of a gym..I know what your hours are I visit the gym all the time but I don’t need to be reminded and looked at crazy..I’ve never experienced the showers being closed early until tonight.
I understand the attendant is older and may be slower to clean therefore she have to start early but leave me alone until closing please.

Evening and Mid Afternoon staff are great. They are friendly and respectful and i hate to leave a rather bad review only because of them.

But the girls is the morning are rude, always looking down at their phones and just downright unpleasant. This morning I went in and planned on taking a shower but there is hair and trash on the shower floors that have been there for 2-3 days now. Disgusting. Wear shower shoes and dont touch the walls or curtains if you plan on showering, these are obviously not cleaned consistently. There were many empty paper towel dispensers as well.

Times open are too inconvenient. When I first started it was 24/7 and now it has the most ridiculous closing times. 9pm on Fri and Sat and 10 on the week days. I don't get off till 8 most days I work, and usuly I'm driving back from another town. Means I have to rush to get there and barely get 30 minutes in if that. Staying open till 11 across all days would be way more convenient and it wouldn't have to
Create a need for overnight staff. Management seems to not be bothered or care about these concerns raised. Will probably look for a new gym soon.

Beware of signing up a membership here. They require draconian steps that are an imposition to you in order to cancel your membership. They will say it's one price, charge you a higher amount, and it's common for them to continue to charge you after you request to cancel. Then when you claim they charge you surreptitiously, they will refuse to refund your money. They will point fingers at other parts of the same company, for instance, we are the social media team, it's not our problem, or these are franchised locations and we are not responsible. They owe me over $100.00 since August 2021. There is the Ponca City Recplex just on the other side of town that offers much more.

Was unaware about when annual fee was to be charged and woman turned me away to tan without offering to run my card on file, I had to ask if she would run it so I wouldn’t have to drive home as card was not with me but that was after she turned me away. Also unhappy that showers at this location stay warm literally for 1-2 mins only!

This is a fairly nice PF facility. My only complaint about it would be that it's one of the smaller clubs I've been to in the chain, which means that it's lacking a lot of the equipment that a 5-star PF would have, but I guess for the size of this town it's probably appropriate. One of the main reasons I gave this a good 4-star review is because they have excellent air-conditioning, which is a huge benefit in the middle of summer.

The actual facility looks okay but the things they advertised on their website were not true. I was looking for a PT to help me set up a workout program not just someone in the gym. And you the owner should reach out to your club manager and see what is going on first.
