For the past four months every time I came it's like Russia rollet for hot water. And it's not just the men's shower that suffers this. And the employees don't even bother putting up a sign letting people know that there is no hot water.

Great new gym in town always super clean good equipment and great environment. Lost one star simply because there’s only one large fan in the building. I highly recommend more air movement so a workout can be more intense without overheating. The air conditioning works just fine and the temperature is good, simply not enough air movement to keep you cool. I started bringing a personal hand fan for supplemental cooling. Great gym and location, will be a long-term member.

I've said this before you have room to breathe everyone minds their own business I don't like people dropping weights and I don't like people talking on cell phones and jumping around on weights and water bottles sitting on the machine this needs to stop! My husband and I enjoy this location very much. Two of the employees we enjoy very much I wish I knew their names so they could be recognized! I have one or two small complaints but nothin to change a star. 1. More staff to help the desk attendant when busy. And 2. The shower by the large handicapped shower does not heat up that’s it!! I have inquired about positions multiple times to help them out but nothin certain! Come to this location it’s very relaxed and convenient never super busy. Y’all got my vote!!

This planet fitness has to be the best one around! The staff is amazing 👏! Everyone working out there is so polite and respectful. The black card gets you into very nice and clean back room with massage chairs, total body (red light with a shake plate), hydro chairs, recovery chair, and all the tanning equipment is top notch. For sure, a judge free zone thats full of great staff and people. Side note....I live in Jenks and drive all the way to Sand Springs just to work out here, lol.

The night time employee is condescending and rude any time I have an interaction. I love this gym but he’s the worst. He’s never at the counter and if he is he isn’t helpful. I recommend if you want a membership to get it online and just never need help because he’s rude.

I recently started going to planet fitness and my experience is great friendly employees and people who go there but I am wondering if sand springs planet fitness has any plans being open 24 hr on weekends too? Always clean, rarely busy. Great variety of equipment to use. In fact, they just received new units not too long ago. Staff are very helpful. People could wipe the machines down more after they are done, but otherwise, it's a great place to be.

I think it’s crap you charge the annual fee at the beginning of the year instead of when the year for the membership is up its also dumb I have a both a checking and Back up card on file and on autopay but you won’t take my payment and proceed to charge me a 15$ late fee every time the service company abc is also a joke their automated system doesn’t work and I still have yet to get ahold of a real person I have never in my life found it so hard to pay a bill and I feel like at this point I should be credited for the two previous late payments because I have tried to pay you multiple different ways of this isn’t resolved I’m going to cancel my membership and go somewhere else I’m tired of playing games why was it so easy to sign up and not it’s a pain to maintain feels like a bait and switch. Lock me in at a low price charge you outrageous fees when the payment methods you used before suddenly don’t work anymore.

I went as a guest and was welcomed like family. Of course the equipment is fantastic, clean and well maintained as you would expect but it was the people that were here that make this a gym above others! The gentleman that was scooting around to make sure all cleaning supplies were filled not only spoke to me the way my brother would but he was EXCITED to answer questions and give opinions (which is more valuable to me than regurgitating info) . I was a guest, I get to try out EQUIPMENT.... they made sure that someone they KNOW lives in Florida got to sample it all... what they don't know is, I AM PLANNING TO COME BACK HOME (to live) in about 4 months so I have found my new gym. Yes I do know that I could become a member and continue in another state but I am more loyal to people and these people have earned my loyalty. I have my own gym in my house but it's actually nice to get out and be with other people working out. I really enjoyed being around the clientele as well... ( mostly because they all left me alone hahaha). If you're on the fence about this company or even more importantly this particular location then go into say hello to them and I guarantee you won't be on the fence any longer

My husband and I enjoy working out at this location. However, today my husbands gym shoes were stolen from the locker room while he was showering by someone who he believes was homeless. We have both noticed several homeless people come in (likely to shower) when the front desk attendant steps away. We definitely enjoy this gym, but be sure to bring a lock to use on the lockers and ALWAYS lock them.

I signed up for Planet Fitness because we finally have one in Sand Springs and come to find out they aren't actually open 24 hours. I wasted my gas to drive from mannford to this gym just to be surprised that the doors are locked. Why do you guys advertise 24 hours if that's not the truth? The other planet fitness's are open 24 hours.

I have never been to a gym before and would never even consider coming by myself, however, after visiting with my husband around a month ago I have been to PF every single day! 90% of the time my husband and I come at separate times and the fact that my extremely shy and Introvert self can come alone says A LOT about he comfortability and safety I feel here at PF. Keep up the good work!

Update: I haven't seen either employee again so this was addressed. Updating to 5 stars. The young lady with the two colored bangs is the best always friendly and helpful and keeps paper towels well stocked.

I prefer this location to the Tulsa ones. It is closer and the crowd is different. Less people sitting on weight machines for 20 minutes just tapping away on phones. Clean. Easy parking. Not always the hottest water even when not too busy but I will accept that. The layout is easier to walk through.

Signed up through a YouTube AD that said the Sand Springs location was open 24 hours but that I had to sign up before 10/11. It was like 11:47pm on 10/10 so I sign up on the spot. It isn't until afterward that I realize that it IS NOT 24 hours after all. I haven't even come in for my first visit yet, and I'm sure it's a nice facility; but that bit of misleading advertisement is very off-putting for sure.

First time gym goer and I’ve been a member since opening day back in July of this year. I’ve been impressed with the judgement free zone, as I’m a newbie and most times feel pretty silly as I’m learning. The staff are all very nice and welcoming! The Sand Springs Planet Fitness location is super nice. The machines have time and rep count built-in. The ladies out front were also super nice and professional. I was going to the Riverside location, but Sand Springs one is much closer to my home. Definitely plan on going here.

Just joining today but I did notice u market sand springs ad 24 hour on Facebook. Also in sand springs your the only gym not open 24 hours... even the free community center is open till 10pm on the weekends..
Reminds me of ymca hours pool gym closed when members off work so they can't use facility ... not too
