A super strict gym since they do not allow you many things outside the planet Fitness contract example as in the treadmill, I understand that in black card places and private places it is not allowed to record, only that it is a place where one is going to get your goal and it has many rules such as you cannot walk with a bag you cannot tax in the exercise area but where you walk I do not understand that it is a private area, I am a coach who organizes all my weights when I finish since I come from a very exemplary gym in New York and I have never seen in 6 years that no one telling me that I could not sign on a treadmill only me, and in this gym Mr. Zac approaches me to tell me that I can not record myself in that area that I was walking only me and a pair behind because I could sign someone something stupid because the camera only took my face which already destroyed my training because it is something stupid to draw attention to a person who

I travel all over the country using different PF locations, they have a no bag policy for “safety”. I keep my water, phone, and lifting gear in it. Second time I’ve ever been hassled about it. I understand staff is just doing what they are told. Won’t be going back to this location again. If PF was smart they could gain even more members by getting rid of that stupid LUNK alarm which discriminates against any serious lifter. Buy some dumbbells larger than 75#, and bring in some Olympic barbells, bench, squat deadlift etc. I’m sure they would claim there is a safety issue with having more free weights. If you can’t see where you are walking and trip over a gym bag, you will probably trip over anything and should stay home. My fault for trying to use this place like a real gym/weight room when it obviously is not.

I’ve been visiting from Georgia and come in at different times almost every day—and no matter when I show up, the gym is always fully staffed. What really impresses me is that the team isn’t just hanging around managing Tootsie Rolls or gossiping—they’re active, professional, and clearly know the gym inside and out because they actually use the equipment themselves.

The facility is clean and well-maintained. I never have to look for paper towels or spray—they’re always stocked. One day, the soap dispenser came off the wall, and it was fixed the very next day. That kind of responsiveness really stands out.

I was a little frustrated seeing people leave locks on the lockers overnight just to reserve “their” locker—but I didn’t say anything. The very next day, the staff put up signs asking members to remove their locks daily. It was like they read my mind.

What truly sets this gym apart is the way the staff connects with members. I’m not a regular, but they recognize me, greet me, and offer help without hesitation. They even introduced me to the amenities I’ve been paying for and encouraged me to take advantage of everything included in my membership—because they believe in getting the most out of your fitness journey.

Even my son experienced their thoughtful approach. He kept walking up to the front desk asking for Tootsie Rolls to “keep his workout flowing,” and instead of brushing him off, they encouraged him to complete his workout first—then rewarded him with the candy. That small act showed me how much they care about promoting healthy habits with patience and positivity.

After just one week, I already know several staff members by name—Joseph, Cole, Kensley, and a few others whose names I’ve sadly forgotten but whose service I’ll remember.

Highly recommend this location. I wish my gym back home ran like this one.

I live two blocks from the Broken Arrow Planet Fitness but have made the one on 41st St. my home! It's in pristine condition, although I did experience one treadmill not working- they have MANY and get right to fixing anything needing repair asap.

Lockers don't require a key which I love, because I forget to bring a lock. They have a master key if you forget the code you create, but there are also many more lockers in the bathrooms that you can bring your own lock for.

Plenty of showers, and probably almost double the amount of machines compared to the Broken Arrow location.

It's easy to find equipment to work out on, although Broken Arrow was decent in that regard as well. It's the MASSAGE chairs and 4 hydromassage beds (less wait) which are the specific reason I have moved!

Wow – for 83.3 cents a day-I get a daily massage with a chair that leans so far back and lifts your feet in the air, your spine really presses into the massage rollers in that position giving a deeper massage, (if that's the setting you choose) The remote control allows you to adjust many different styles of massage and pressure.

You can even choose compressing of shoulders and arms down to your hands in little side pockets you put your arms into. Not sure if this is a great idea to share, because I kinda like it not too crowded but you really should know – if you've ever put off joining a gym- come visit and I bet you'll be sold.

I like this place a lot. It’s a no-nonsense workout zone. You can get in and out and get your workout done. I like that they have all kinds of equipment including four Smith machines which are great when you start lifting heavier weights. My husband loves it too. We work out here 4-5 x a week. The absolute cleanest and friendliest planet fitness in all of Tulsa is the location on 41st between Yale and Sheridan. We started coming to this location because our location closed due to flooding and we were surprised. The atmosphere is very pleasant and both my wife and I are able to workout, tan and get massages without a wait or any rudeness from other members which I can’t say for every location. We love the manager Dallis and have nicknamed him the Hawaiian hulk and both Kelsey and Heather make the dreaded gym day pleasurable just by seeing their smiling faces every day.

Actually thinking of canceling my membership bc of the hours of this store and the fact that other locations near it do not have the 30 min workout option. Why would a location be open 24 hours M-F but then only be available from 7-7 on the weekends? Not everyone is available on the weekends to make those times work. I ended up having to go to the 71st and Riverside location this morning at 5... almost NONE of the ab machines are there, and as stated before, no 30 min workout option. Really, really frustrated. Don't really have the time to try to find a different location. Kinda finding this Black Card Membership useless. 😕

I have worked for planet fitness but also my fiancée drives trucks so I’ve visited plenty all across the United States at this point and this was by FAR the worst experience i’ve had. The locker room is tiny, the showers don’t have good pressure or temperature, and the soap dispenser even fell on my foot while I was in the shower. Both men who were on the clock were very nice and kept the gym clean so hopefully this does not create a repercussions for them because that wouldn’t make sense, but the manager of this store needs to do so much better.

Hello, posting under my partners name (I don’t know how to change it) can you please turn the heat in the women’s shower up? I have mentioned it to staff members and couldn’t find a direct email. The water is so cold yesterday I couldn’t even stand under the water when I was soaping. I’ve tried all of the showers, the handicap one is almost freezing. Parking at this Planet Fitness can be frustrating, with large semi-trucks often taking up multiple spaces, leaving less room for cars. If you’re concerned about parking next to oversized vehicles, you might want to check out other locations. BEWARE. I went up to the gym months ago and asked to cancel, and for some reason the guy working froze my account instead of canceling it. I CLEARLY said I wanted to cancel. He took my picture and had me sign something. The place is clean. And well kept. But I am not satisfied with the customer service! In august my boyfriend updated our card information. We were not told we had to update the actual BANK information. For 3 month after we were charged $16 late fees. I have called and called and ended up getting told i have to go in for a refund. I went in and instead of being giving a $16 refund 3 times, i was given a free month… yall took $48 and gave me 1 month free for $24.99.. i dont like to feel taken advantage of ! Kemila is always greeting me and warm to me at the front desk. I consistently see her cleaning and keeping the place safe. I really enjoy this location and people like Kemila making me have a great member experience.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because Saturday morning no one showed up to open. My father and myself power walked the parking lot for 25 minutes hoping the opener was just running late. No one showed, so we went to the Admiral location instead. I was previously a manager at a gym. Opener members are your most loyal and consistent. I got a membership to PF specifically for Saturday and Sunday mornings when you open earlier than other gyms. You must always have a reliable opener like Kemila scheduled for open. Give her a raise (or two) and see if she or someone reliable like her will be the opener on weekends (and holidays).

Didn’t appreciate the guy with glasses, tattoos, and short statures attitude when I walked in. I wanted to buy a celcius and he tried telling me I couldn’t do it because it wasn’t my home gym. When I’ve bought like twelve of them so far there. Once I told him I’ve bought them before he decided to let me buy it in a reluctant manner. Up charging me for it even tho I have a black membership. When I usually pitched them there for $2.17 he charged me nearly $6. He was giving me attitude the whole time, I was gonna tell him to screw off to his face but the gym is very close to me and offers a short distance drive to workout, so I decided to leave a review instead. Of Tulsa locations it is my preferred location. But it is hit or miss how much they pay attention to things like the paper towels and spray. And I notice they only enforce male dress code. Example today there is a girl in a onesie that is open back with a few tiny straps and it is open right to her butt crack. No bra and she needs support. Often see girls dress like this yet PF advertises it to be different.

I love the location and people at the 41st and Yale Planet Fitness! Super close to my apartment. The people there make it feel like home. I could not be happier with my first visit at PF at this location. The gym was inviting, I was greeted at the door by a super friendly, bubbly woman, Desiree! She was cleaning the entrance, immediately stopped to greet me & was super helpful and professional with answering questions that I had about the gym. As soon as I walked in she asked me how I was doing and if she could answer any questions that I might have. WOW is all I can say, she kindly offered to show me around the gym and talk about this location. This was by far one of the cleanest gyms I have been to. Thank you so much Desiree! I have had multiple gym memberships, and as controversial as this may be— I think PF is the best. It could be because I’m not a hardcore workout person. But it’s REALLY not intimidating, everyone’s just kind of around minding their own business. It’s a VERY clean environment and there’s rarely ever equipment that not working (at least when I’m there). The locker rooms are spacious, and staff always gives a nice greeting when I arrive. There are plenty of workout machines and spaces. I haven’t worked out with a trainer or taken classes so I can’t speak to that—- I’m not even sure if it’s a thing. But I do enjoy the simplicity of this gym.

I started going about 6 weeks ago. The staff is so nice! I always see Desiree cleaning and making sure everything is ready for use. She is so nice and pleasant to talk to as well!!
