Updates to this facility have reduced the number of cardio machines to add weight machines. Some machines, like the recumbent bike were reduced to 2. The hip machines were reduced from 4 to 1. The reduction will greatly increase the wait time between machines. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the changes. The owner reaction was to have me talk to the staff. I already did with no help given.

Been going to this planet fitness for a year and a half. Couldn't be more excited to go every single time. Not just because of the work out but because everyone employee there is just wonderful and genuine. I can tell they are just as happy to see me as I am them. This also goes for the regualr community. Today was the first day back after closing for moving in new equipment. I was sad about a 3 day closure. But when I walked in this morning all my expectations were surpassed by an infinite amount. They have everything I always wanted them to get and more! Couldn't be more proud to call this my Gym Home. I love you guys for all you've done for me and my self esteem. Keep up the beautiful work and never change.

It is a quiet place to work out, and you definitely do not feel judged by any means. The reason for my 2 star is bc i had no idea the locker room is coed due to them not being able to stop those who identify as the opposite sex from going where they feel they belong. Nobody uses the 30 min workout area as they are supposed to and never clean their machines. I had to wait on folks all the time and clean the machines before and after use. The kids that have been going during the summer come in groups and can get rather rude thinking they are being cute.

Just joined Planet Firness and started working out! I’ve been to some of them, this one has super encouraging people both members and staff! And the showers and facilities are always nice and clean! Funny sometimes I get a good workout and sometimes I do less well. But once you get in there you feel good knowing you are taking care of your health and fitness.

It is an alright Planet Fitness compared to the many others I have visited by crossing the nation.

Two recommendations for this location.

1. Try to find a way to greatly increase your stretching area that little room in the corner surrounded by other equipment is not enough.

2. You have wall-to-wall cardio machines so much so that one has to walk from one end of the building to the other to get to the other side of the gym. I'm talking the bathrooms are on the back wall and the exercise equipment is on the other wall and in between those two are a sea of cardio machines.

Perhaps take out a few of the machines in the middle area so that there is a channel to walk from one wall to the other.

I just signed up for a membership there. Haven't had a chance to use the amenities there yet, but I can say this... Touring the place showed me two big things, that I appreciated. 1. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave their complete attention while helping me. I was clearly mot an interruption but their focus. 2. The place was very clean and all of the workout equipment was functional. There were a couple of the Spa machines offline but those were peripheral to the gym tools. The bathroom and locker room was clean and tidy, obviously well cared for. Overall this gym seemed very well managed and gave me a very positive impression that I will get on well here with the equipment and staff. So, of course, I joined without hesitation. Looking forward to putting in some hours here every week!

I just started back at Planet . I was excited bc it was smaller and less crowded. The gym equipment is nice but I canceled this morning.
I come to tan after dropping my son off at school I get there around 7:30am and every morning the tanning rooms are dirty! I didn’t think much of it but it’s every time I come!
The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in days. The beds always feel gross so I normally clean them before I use them. I’ve had to wait on a bed a few times and not once have I ever seen an employee go clean the bed.
This morning I was just done. The room I was in made me want to clean it for them. Once I tanned I went to every tanning room. All of them looked like no one has swept or mopped in days. It’s 7:30am how is it this gross. Yes you have traffic coming in and out but this amount of dirt is nuts! This place is never super busy.

I went to the front desk to tell the kid working. He basically told me they have someone who cleans but there are people in and out. To which I responded I understand there is traffic through out the day but even if you had 100 people in that one room it wouldn’t be that dirty!
They sit on their phone at the front desk and instead of taking the initiative to go clean the rooms after a complaint he just didn’t care. The restroom/ locker room is always nasty too. I used to love Planet which is why I came back but I also used to see a janitor there all the time too. It’s never been this nasty!

Had a bad experience from a club in Texas that was giving me the runaround, but this specific club took great care of me and I wasn’t even staying as a member(only because I have a home gym now) so they could’ve easily just been like idk girl help yourself .. but they didn’t. First time I came in I got help from a nice women who I forgot her name but she was awesome she called the other club for me and told me when I can come back in so that she could take care of it but I couldn’t get in that day and came back and had another great experience with Ty who is the assistant manager, he called multiple people for me and we had my account taken care of before I left the store! Thank you, y’all are great!

The machines are crammed together. The order doesn't make as much sense to me. They are shorthanded, so they are not constantly restocking the cleaning stations. The changing room has a narrow stool and 1 hook. Cardio machines are newer.

As foreign traveller it is not possible to obtain a membership, unless you have an American Bank Account. That is a shame, because there are man travellers enger to stay fit during their travels. A whole market Stars unused. Maybe this can be changed in the future.

I truly enjoy the planet fitness in Yukon. The staff is kind and professional, they show up looking like they happy to be there and are willing to assist in any way. The exercise floor is filled with a multitude of exercise equipment and rarely is there a wait to get to the equipment of choice. They offer massage chairs and a pair of hydro massage tables in addition to a red light therapy both and tanning beds. I highly recommend Planet Fitness

I have been to Planet Fitness a couple of times with my daughter, who has a black card. Planet Fitness subsequently sent me a free pass. I downloaded the app in order to use.

I went to the PF Yukon location and explained that I had a free pass and attempted to show it to the woman at the desk. She ignored it and stated that I would need to have a member with me. I questioned the logic of this since I had the pass and it had been released by my daughter for me to use. I even had the QR ready to scan. She insisted my daughter had to be present.

I left upset. I had driven 25 minutes and my husband and I were thinking of joining. So, I called back and asked for a manager or assistant manager, anyone else with whom I could speak. The same woman said there was no one else there. After speaking a minute with her, she claimed she was feeling "attacked". I suppose that is an easy out for someone who clearly made a mistake and was doing her best to blame it on me.

You have lost my business, Planet Fitness, and hopefully anyone else thinking of joining.

No semi truck parking allows here there is big parking lot but you can’t park here . I believe They don’t respect truckers . More clubs they respect and allowed 2-3 hrs parking for truckers to do workouts so if we talk little deep words so we pick and deliver all food , drink other stuff etc. like every thing which one every body need in his life for living healthy. I've never been here before so I can't comment on this establishment. I will however say that this place is not truck friendly. I'm a truck driver and searching Google maps, this place is covered in "no truck panking" signs. We are the back bone of America but reduced to the coccyx.

At less than $30 a month for the “Black card” membership giving access to nation wide locations. For the traveling worker it’s
Hard to beat. Wish there was a location in the Heights in Houston, the closest one is a 10 miles away which in Houston traffic feels like 50 miles.

Staff at all locations I have visited have been nice.

I love planet fitness. It’s my go to gym and very horrible with the prize and it’s good equipment and wonderful staff who work there. I got the most expensive plan and it is worth it. I get access to showers and lockers and more equipment and trainer. I love these features and is my go to gym and this gym is wonderful and it offers a lot of amenities and I even get drinks when I go in which is amazing, the gym is amazing and I go each day. It’s pretty good gym with a lot of features in a big gym. I plan to visit soon to check this one out. It’s a very good gym. I also recommend go it’s pretty good that’s pretty much all.

I’ve been a customer of Yukon Planet Fittness since they’ve opened the doors in Yukon. My wife and I have been loyal customers since they’ve opened golds gym, four star gym, crunch gym, and biffs gym that is now Temple fitness in Yukon. (we stayed loyal customers) - we spoke highly of Planet Fittness amongst Our friends and other folks Utilizing gyms/fitness centers here in Yukon. unfortunately, We canceled our contracts today. I was told I cannot bring an under Armour bag with me into the gym yesterday. My bag makes it convenient for me to store my phone, keys, deodorant as well as my own tricep rope and two other handles due to there being Limited access to those at the gym . I understand policies however, The policies seem to be intermittently addressed. I just had to chuckle today as I was discontinuing our memberships over a bag there’s a lady at the desk who is working out with a bag and a exercise mat that she had… All I can do is laugh it off there’s numerous gyms out there that have no issue with a nice Clean gym bag. Thank you Planet Fittness for all the years working out there. My wife and I are very fit folks that continue to enjoy trying to improve our fitness like most folks.

I have going to this gym since October. After the new year issues started in with no place to park. While the gym is busy, you can still get a good work out in. The second problem is there is not enough room for any floor exercises. I hope that after some have ended their new year's resolutions the space will go back to "normal" or more parking can be added.

Gym is still in great shape. Staff is great. Parking to better due to lower usage. (New gym opened up near by.) In my opinion, this is the better gym to others in the area.

I've been wanting/trying to cancel for years since I literally don't go anymore, but thanks to this contract, I'm constantly stuck in a loop of either missing the deadline to cancel, or getting charged whenever I really don't need the fees to hit. Being charged over $70 in one month is also really infuriating, especially since I'm out of a job rn and I once again don't have the money to pay for an entire year's worth of fees. Getting out of an auto loan is easier than getting out of this contract. I'm sick of it.

Update#2: Some equipment breaks, gets replaced. Replaced all tanning bulbs. Turnaround on fixing things seems decent. Still wish they were 24/7 so I could be a night owl. Staff is always great.

Update: Not much has changed. I do wish they would make this location a 24hr location. this whole summer I have been a night owl and I wish I could hit up the gym at like 11-midnight, take a nice relaxing shower and pass out. I heard another location is 24hrs but ugh, the drive. Not with these gas prices.

I still wish they had a shake/smoothie bar for health stuff. If my wife can burn $5 at starbucks for a coffee/tea, why not burn $5 on a low sugar protein smoothie made with fresh produce?

So far this place has been great. The walkways are a little narrow, and it could use a bigger free-weight/pulley-system area, but if you've got at the right time and aren't super pressed for time it's got everything you need to get in shape and stay there.
Plus the black card is cheaper than Gold's gym was (years ago, not sure what golds charges now) which includes a couple robo-massage options (mid quality chairs and a hydro-bed thing). Tanning beds are super popular and I think there is often a line, but I don't do tanning so meh.

The "half off drinks" is kinda bad tbh. Only counts for water and gatorade? I was hoping they would have a smoothie/shake bar or at least include protein shakes in the half off. TBH if you want muscle milk just snag it at target for half what they charge.

Staff is great though. Haven't met one yet that isn't eager to please and friendly.
