The classes are fantastic—challenging, fun, and always leave me feeling rejuvenated. The atmosphere in the studio is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the team works hard to create a positive space for everyone.

That being said, I do think there’s room for growth in terms of diversity among the instructors. I’ve noticed that other studios in the area have a more varied representation, and I believe that introducing a wider range of perspectives would only elevate the already great vibe of the studio. It could make the environment feel even more inclusive and give a richer experience to students who value diversity in their fitness community.

Modern pilates have absolutely changed my life this past year as I've battled knee pain. What I needed was high intensity + low impact - and that's exactly what I've found here. PLNK's Lagree classes are unlike other exercise practices I have tried. I appreciate that there are always opportunities for me to meet myself where I am in the moment. While the components of each class are consistent, instructors mix up the flow and selection of movements; this keeps things interesting and helps me to engage with the practice under the mindset of doing my best in the moment instead of constantly comparing myself to what I may have been capable of in previous classes. There's no toxic talk around food or bodies. And, while they avoid language of "modifications" (in favor to the term "success options"), they do create opportunities to make each movement accessible. If you are looking for a challenging movement practice that includes variety, try PLNK!

I have been going to Plnk now consistently for 3 months and I am so impressed. After having a kiddo who is now 3, I have never been able to get back into high impact workouts. This is a super hard workout but very low impact and you see results. I always thought you had to have tough cardio to see results and this has proven me wrong. The instructors are amazing and super helpful and the classes are 50 min which I love. I would highly highly recommend!

I started PLNK in March 2023. I had recently moved to Tulsa and was looking to enhance my workout routine. I had never tried Lagree before starting PLNK, but I had heard great things. Trying anything new can feel intimidating, but the PLNK staff and members were so welcoming and encouraging. I loved my first class and signed up for a membership right away and I have been going 8x a month since. Not only has my body completely transformed, but my mental health has improved too as I am able to see myself improving each class. I work from home and PLNK is a space where I can step away from work and focus on myself for 50 minutes. I can see myself getting stronger after every class and I leave feeling better than when I came in. I have encouraged all of my friends to sign up and it’s really become such a community for me - especially being new to the city and not knowing anyone. I truly cannot recommend PLNK enough!! If you are hesitant, I encourage you to give it a try - your mental and physical health will thank you.

This is the best workout I've ever found. And I've tried EVERYTHING. From CrossFit to distance running to boot camps and yoga. This is the cream of the crop. PLNK will push you to work your core more than you could ever imagine without becoming exhausted or sweaty. PLNK workouts also leave me feeling so strong, and without any injuries. As someone that has been physically active my entire life, I have a lot of aches, pains and sore joints that I assumed I would just deal with forever. But I have NONE of that thanks to PLNK. This is the first time since I was a child that I don't have achy knees or a nagging injury. The instructors are so kind and fun and I've made friends at PLNK which encourages me to come back. They boast a diverse community of folks with a wide range of ages. They are inclusive and welcoming to everyone. I can't recommend PLNK enough.

The one workout that never gets easier, you just get stronger! I can’t say enough positive things about PLNK! The community is incredible. I was so nervous about trying the megaformer/Lagree method for the first time, not to mention the confusing terminology, but everyone was so welcoming & positive from the minute I walked in the door. I love every single teacher (they are so wonderful, friendly, and encouraging) and always feel like I get a damn good workout. Really great workout! Most of the 5-star reviews are probably for PLNK Bingo, which, not gonna lie, I did, but now I’m writing an honest review.
Like I said it’s a *really* great workout with passionate instructors, and the studio is p generous with their freebies for new ..participants? and I appreciate that free week I took which ultimately got me hooked.

I’m giving them 4 stars because there are things they could standardize and areas of improvement.

One example: I have suggested repeatedly for the bathroom locks to be replaced with the type that show someone waiting if it’s “Occupied/Open”. Studio only has 2 bathrooms and it’s jarring to have someone rattle the door knob when you’re trying to pee.

For the thousands of dollars I paid over the year+ I went, the Kool-Aid started to sour at my 100th class and not getting any acknowledgment (which I’ve seen before), or free tank top (who doesn’t love a prize) because it took me more than a year to complete 100 classes. Life events could make that timeline unattainable, and Ummm I’m sorry, but I still spent the same amount of money even if I’d done it within a year 😅

In This Economy, it’s the little things, like having an instructor acknowledge you after 6+ months taking their classes, or a shout-out for 100 sessions, that really make a difference.

I’d say it’s worth visiting and they’re still getting some kinks straightened out

I thought Lori Harvey was lying when she said Pilates transformed her body. Little did I know about lagree, but I am truly a believer now. After just one month at their discounted rate, I saw my body change dramatically and much more in a way that I prefer over lifting.

The instructors are awesome and give you so much grace. They describe correct form really well and I appreciate that above all else. Not gonna lie, the teacher discount makes me very happy as well. I’m so glad I’ve found PLNK!

I love coming to PLNK during the week! The instructors and front desk workers are all so kind and enthusiastic and they take the time to get to know your name and talk with you about any modifications! I especially love that the instructors push you but also encourage you to take "success" options which are the modifications. This makes it feel like no matter what you do you are putting in a lot of work (which is 100% true here!) A few minutes in to the class I wanted to give up because the moves were so difficult. It's a really challenging method and I can see why it actually works. PLNK is a 50-Minute Lagree Workout (think holding squats/planks/lunges/pike but on a moving platform). The workout is high-intensity but no impact. The first time you go you'll probably be lost but the instructors are excellent at helping you get caught up to speed on the moves they call out. Each move is slow and intentional and the burn is real. I can get easily 400-500 calories burnt in 50 minutes depending on how hard you're working. Don't underestimate this workout- super intense and your body will shake with every move!
