Best gym I’ve ever joined! I’ve done all the others - CrossFit, HIIT, OTF- but once the results would stop after 6 months to a year I’d loose interest. I’ve been at prevail for 3 years and am still consistently hitting new PRs. This gym is full of amazing trainers that put in the time to teach you how to correctly do things so you can become the strongest version of yourself. If you want to workout with amazing ppl, get strong and stay strong this is the gym for you!

I never dreamed I'd enjoy working put as much as I do at Prevail. It's not easy, but worth every bit of time and money to go to group classes. Trainers are really good at helping correct form and encouraging, and yes, even pushing a little. The other people I lift with, were once strangers, now I really look forward to seeing them every week. My favorite thing is to hear their victories since coming to Prevail. Join us!!!

I’ve done two sessions so far and I love it! It has been 20 years since I’ve been in an actual physical gym! They are very helpful and welcoming! A fantastic place and I highly recommend! Can’t wait to officially sign up!

Very mindful, very demure 💅.
But in all seriousness, I've been here two months and here's my take:
1. Great longevity based strength gym in Oklahoma City metro area. This is coming from a very experienced lifter who has attended quite a few gyms (powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, crossfit, all of it) - the owners are ahead of the curve on health/fitness studies.
2. Clique free zone. I say this because ostracism usually makes people feel unwanted - at least for me it has in the past. I don't see any signs of that here.
3. Pretty healthy place. It's positive, but not a forced version. They're not fake nice. They're real people. They do hikes, trips, and more for the gym and it helps people feel connected.

I joined Prevail when the new location opened at the beginning of May. I am already seeing and feeling a lot positive changes and increased strength. I have worked out consistently for years, but everything they do here is very intentional and that makes a huge difference! Lots of focus on form and functional movement which I LOVE as a physical therapist that primarily works with the aging population. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere as well. I was initially nervous about working out around other people bc I have always worked out on my own. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. Highly recommend! Come join us!

Prevail has changed the way I lift and move through life outside the studio. I am a better Mom, Spouse & Grandma because of the strength & functional mobility I have gained there. I had the courage, confidence & strength to cross the Grand Canyon on foot, also known as R2R, back in Oct 2023 which I would not have had prior to Prevail.

I’ve loved Prevail so far, wonderful class schedule, fantastic instruction. I absolutely love that you can measure your goals. Never did I ever think that I as an adult would be motivated by stickers but here we are. I think I’m a lifer. So thrilled that more people will get to experience it with the new location!

I’ve worked out with Sean and Dani going on 8 years. They make the workouts. Literally, all you have to do is show up and do them. I’ve never stopped making progress. You won’t regret giving them a shot!

Whether you are brand new to fitness or a long time enthusiast, Prevail Strength & Fitness is a place for you to excel. The environment, technical lifting instruction, and system design are all master class. I can promise that it is wildly different from any other group fitness gym you’ll find.
Sean, Dani, & the team of instructors at Prevail are some of the best of the best in the state at what they do! Can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking to escape the big corporate box gym routine.

Cannot say enough about Prevail. Before joining, I had aches and pains from the workouts I was doing. After joining, I realized workouts could make my body feel GOOD. I leave every workout feeling stronger, more mobile, and without pain. Super knowledgeable staff and very intentionally designed workouts… great place for ALL levels.
