I've been training at this gym for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best fitness facilities around. The place is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes working out that much more enjoyable. It's a 24-hour facility for members, which is super convenient for anyone with a busy or unpredictable schedule.

Jonathan is a great trainer. I had a shoulder injury that limited my mobility and did weeks of physical therapy with minimal results. I started working with Jonathan and very quickly increased my mobility and decreased the pain I was in when I moved my shoulder. My daughter also trained with Jonathan before and after her amputation, and he is very good at accommodating exercises to her ability. He is incredibly knowledgeable about strength training and nutrition, and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.

As someone who spent a lot of time in the gym while I was in the army I was sceptical of the value of a trainer but with Jonathan's help I saw a remarkable increase in strength, flexibility, and mobility in a surprisingly short amount of time.
