Me and Buddy dropped in here while we were in town. This place is awesome! Matt was super welcoming and all the members were really friendly. The workout kicked our tails, but we enjoyed suffering alongside a great crew! If I was moving to Stillwater, this would be where I would go.

I'm fairly new as a member at Red Dirt CrossFit. My wife has been going a while, and I had been a member of another gym for several years. I did a drop in (come by and try the class) back in May. That class was a reality check for how out of shape I had become while still being an active gym goer. I decided to join them. Right away they got me signed up, created me two different accounts for the apps they use (one is a planner, and one is a tracker), and then followed up to make sure I was ready for my first official class. Every day since, the coaches have been very attentive, correcting form and encouraging growth both in muscle and endurance. Seriously, I already feel better. Most importantly though what will make you continue to go and push yourself each day, is the community this place has created. All the other members there from all walks are just as encouraging and helpful. Glad to see you and glad to see you finish the work out. You may have individual goals, but this place has built a team. Give them a chance and you'll understand what I mean.

Dropped into the box last week while I was visiting my daughter at OSU and it was a great class! The members were welcoming and the coach knowledgeable about the WOD. Everyone was very helpful! I look forward to attending another class when I’m in town

I truly cannot say enough about how much I love RDCF! I’ve been a member for a little over a year and a half now and have no plans on letting them get rid of me any time soon.

Yes, the wods are tough and challenging. They definitely deliver on a well needed ass kicking every now and then. But what I love the most about RDCF is the community. Everyone is always warmly welcomed and we all quickly become like family. The coaches are all incredible as well. Every workout, no matter who is coaching, they show how much they care about everyone there. They put the time in to challenge you, help you achieve your goals but also keep you safe. Learning form is so important here and the coaches are beyond awesome at helping you improve if you’re willing to put the work in. They help cater the workouts to meet whatever fitness level you’re at to make sure you get the most out of your workout while also staying safe.

I remember being terrified to walk in the door my first time. Being a petite woman with little fitness experience, I was so scared that I was walking into a class full of monster gym rats. I was completely wrong. There are of course some very fit people that attend and are amazingly inspiring but mostly, we’re your everyday people coming in from all walks of life and ages just looking to better ourselves and stay healthy. If you’re on the fence, take it from me and give it a chance!!🤙🏻

I love the new RD. Wendy and Matt have done a great job with the gym, everything is clean, new equipment, and friendly and knowledgeable coaches. I feel like I am pushed to an appropriate level. I love the people and family atmosphere here at RD. If you are looking for a place to improve your health and fitness this is the place!!!!!!

The coaches are fantastic and are careful to educate on proper form to prevent injury, workouts are carefully chosen and fun, and you'll make lots of valuable friendships too. THE reason I’m still doing CrossFit 6+ years later. This box (CrossFit jargon for gym, there’s a lot of these) is unbelievably welcoming whether you’re dropping in or been there for years. It has some of the most knowledgable, kind, and passionate coaches; whether you’re brand new to CrossFit, haven’t touched gym equipment in 10 years, just want to stay in shape, or are looking to compete-they will help you get there. Also, the community/friends I’ve gained through this box is beyond words. If you’re thinking about starting CrossFit or simply switching boxes-this will be a great place for you!
