PK has been such a blessing to both my girls in strength training! I have one kiddo in competitive soccer and one that is an Equestrian. He did so much research on equestrian riding it blew my mind. He truly wants to help her achieve her goals along with making my soccer player achieve her BEST. He also goes above and beyond with training and RECOVERY! Hands down recommend!!!! PK's personality and his willingness to help my kiddos has truly IMPRESSED me!

I love this place!! Chris and Ben have brought together a team of well trained and knowledgeable professionals that truly understand and accommodate all ages and abilities. I’ve been training with Chris for over 5 years and feel that at the age of 68, I am in the best shape. In addition, there is such an abundance of encouragement and support that Chris and the staff provide. I highly recommend this gym!!!

Listen people. it's been 6 months of pretty consistent weekly workouts with Ben. i went to DC for a trip in the middle of July and it was humid. muggy. i did so much walking and the amount of stairs in the place...insane. Go to Ben cause you won't feel like a wet donkey the whole time you're trying to enjoy your trip :)

My Son plays college baseball and during the summer months, it’s quite a rigorous schedule. He needed some R&R, basic aches and pains. We doing Megan who was excellent!! She was able to get his muscles loose and relaxed. Very thorough. Great listener, and knew just what to do!! I would highly recommend especially if you are an athlete and practice self care! Well worth the money!

I’ve been working with Ben for nearly three months, and the results have been incredible. I feel stronger, healthier, and best of all I’m no longer dealing with nagging overuse injuries from my job. I work a physically demanding job that involves a lot of repetitive movements, and I used to experience minor aches and pains every couple of weeks. Since starting my sessions with Ben, I haven’t had even a small flare-up of those issues.
Beyond the physical improvements, the environment at Resilience Training is top-notch. I’ve had the chance to meet other trainers and their clients, and every single person I’ve met has been friendly, encouraging, and inspiring.
If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I can’t recommend Ben and Resilience Training enough. They’ve genuinely helped me improve my health, strength, and overall well-being.

Love this gym! I love the cold plunges.I have had double ankle reconstruction. How Gyllian leads her training is life saving. She helps me have a wider range of control with weight bearing exercises. She will do new challenging sets at the same time with me. I love scheduling with her. She coaches constructively and encourages me along the way. Very educational when it comes to body mechanics. This gym offers a lot more than the bigger gyms! The red light therapy alone makes it stand out.

Chris is the most down to earth, patient, and humble personal trainer you’re gonna find in Tulsa. Support a small business and go see him at Resilience he has top notch equipment and is extremely passionate about helping others get in shape and feel their best. Recovery room he has is worth the money I plan on getting a monthly membership here as soon as finances allow.

Chris has been my trainer for 6 weeks. I was having a lot of shoulder and neck pain. In the 6 weeks of training, Chris has taught me the proper way to work out, have better eating and exercise habits. Amazing job! I’ve worked with Chris through multiple injuries (meniscus tear, broken wrist, wrist surgery). I feel more stable in my knees. The knee pain I was feeling is gone. Lower back pain is gone. I feel strong again in my upper body- better than before the injuries. Chris is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to form! 100% recommend going to him or any of his teammates!

I have been working out with Chris for the last 5 years, and it has been life changing. I came to Chris after recovering from thyroid cancer. As a former athlete, I’ve worked with several trainers over the years. PK stands out as the best. It’s obvious he loves his job. He always has a smile and an encouraging word. I appreciate his knowledge and ability to adjust my workouts if I feel the aches and pains of old soccer injuries.
My daughter also has trained with PK. He challenges her to be her best in the gym, in her sport, and most importantly in life. When she invited him to her volleyball game, he was there to cheer her on. That kind of support means the world to young athletes!
