THE GOOD: A modern and clean environment with very helpful staff and friendly trainers who give lots of encouragement. The exercises are low-impact and allow your body to recovery quickly. I would recommend this gym for anyone who is serious about making a life change but doesnβt know where to start.
THE BAD: When doing the six-week challenge, the nutrition consultation (which they assess at a $250 value) if very generic and amounts to about the same amount of time spent on Google researching nutrition. And, if you are vegan the diet plan is nearly unattainable unless you are willing to consume massive amounts of soy products and pea protein powder.
THE UGLY: Due to dietary changes of adding large amounts of protein (mostly through powdered shakes) your GI tract might get unbalanced and result in constipation and gas for a week or two. And if you end up trying different powdered shakes over the course of the six weeks, you can expect this to last longer as your body continually tries to adjust.
SUMMARY: Skip the six-week challenge and try the gym for a couple of days at the introductory rate to see if you like the workouts, schedule, and atmosphere. If so, join at a membership level that works for you and then go to an actual nutritionist who can give you an individualized nutrition plan.

Revved has been a huge game changer. The workouts are tough but also balanced enough to make it addicting. Personally I started at 213 and in 2 months I am already down to 187 and feeling better than I have in a long time. I attribute this to the great trainers and staff keeping myself and everyone motivated and pushing to keep going. The price is a bit high but well worth the value.

Revved Fitness is genius! Revved combines technology with metabolic resistance training and in 1 hour you get your strength and cardio done. The certified personal trainers are fun, energetic and knowledgeable. The staff takes good care of the clients and are very helpful during the session. NO wasted time in the gym! Only results with Revved Fitness!

Revved is amazing! Make sure to come prepared to work haha. Most facilities tend to be a little dirty, it happens... Yet revved remains very clean, staffed with knowledgeable and kind employees who genuinely care about your progress and success. Their trainers really give you that extra push we all need sometimes. These days people's time during the day is limited, Revved does a fantastic job of fitting an extremely efficient workout Into a 1 hour time spot.

Revved is a place where I know I will always get a good workout in when I come in for a session. I burn around 700 Calories in 60 min, which is almost impossible for me to do when I workout by myself. The group atmosphere is the perfect motivation for me and has made me push harder during the workouts. I also invested in the heart rate monitor they use so I can accurately track my heart rate throughout my workouts and see my progress over a period of time. It's been amazing!

Staff is horrible. They pressure you into buying overpriced memberships. Definitely do not recommend. There are plenty cheaper alternatives around town.
