One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to!

Editing my review several months later - they charged me $40 unexpectedly. Not a late fee, no heads up, or anything. Zero communication from them that this would be happening. Their late fee is only $10, which I shouldn’t be charged because I have my account on auto pay. So now this month I have paid them over $60.

I enjoy working out at Rise Fitness, I have been on a weight loss journey and everyone at Rise is so quick to help with anything you need! Everyone is friendly and I haven’t seen or heard anyone making judgement about anyone at any size. Jowa is an amazing trainer and you can tell he wants to help people achieve their goals. Brandon is very nice and super friendly, quick to answer any questions.

This gym has been a great experience! I always worked out in my home gym, but had very limited access of what i could work. With this gym I can work on every muscle group that i desire. The staff is always up for a quick little chat or for some advice. They always try hard to keep a positive attitude and keeping the gym very clean.

I found this gym while on vacation at Grand Lake. This place gives off old school bodybuilding vibes with the flat black walls and yellow trim. I enjoyed the mural of Arnold and the motivational quotes painted on the walls. I went in the late morning hours and the gym was hardly being used. They have every cable attachment you can think of, including a Back Widow lat pull attachment! They even have Versa Grips and everything is available to use. Manager Brandon Krause was very professional and definitely puts customer service first! I will be back.

Rise instructors and staff are friendly and considerate. It is a great addition to our community and a way to bring people together. My daughter and her friend went there to work out and a nice couple spoke with them and gave them great workout advice. The group sessions are also a great offering to members as well as drop-ins. Offerings are good, atmosphere is motivating and inviting, and all the equipment for any person's workout needs.

I’ve been going to Rise for the past few months, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need—plenty of machines, free weights, a big turf area and a huge class area that is separated from the rest of the gym. Can’t forget the sauna!! There’s also a kid room for the littles.
The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.
I also appreciate how the gym never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours. There’s a great mix of people, and the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating.

Plus a $40 annual fee.
Wish they would offer more plans for like couples.
