Coming back to review again because it got deleted:/ this place honestly started out okay. The apartment was nice & newly done and livable but then turned into absolute hell. I’ll just list the terrible things that happened and try to leave it simple. First there was a huge wasp nest living outside my door and the guy wouldn’t remove it because the wasp like to sunbathe. My car got broken into but there was nothing to do because “there’s no camera on that part of the lot” my apartment was 85 degrees + with my cats inside bc of “poor insulation” (side note I bought my own window unit and they tried to collect it) they came and left a note to take down our blanket we tried using to insulate the sliding glass door. The water was turned off in my building (in the middle of hair conditioner for my shower for work) for another units maintenance with no warning (happened to my coworkers apartment who also lived in another building there, another time.) my locks were changed while I was at work because they didn’t have a spare, no notice.. I came home and had no way into my own apartment. I will add the garbage disposal did break down and leaked onto the kitchen floor and they fixed that pretty quickly. They also agreed to take my ex off of the lease without both of us there to sign at the same time but Other than that I can’t say anything nice about the place or the people running it.

Ive lived here for 3 years. The beginning was really really rough but here in the last year they have IMPROVED. Maintenance men Mecos and Joe are the absolute best in getting things fixed in a timely manner and extremely nice. Salena and Kelly (apartment managers) are so good as well. It’s not a bad place to live, don’t go off reviews.
