My daughter and I really enjoyed the class with Kristi! Was super easy to book the class through the app, too.

Beautiful studio, great instructor, challenging but not too hard. Just what I needed after a week off sitting with family. Thanks!

I am extremely particular about my yoga studios and classes. I found this yoga studio while visiting family, and I loved it! Everyone is friendly, the studio is clean, and the classes are great! I would absolutely recommend (even if you are just visiting from out of town and want to drop in on one class)!

I showed up at 5:30 for a class and the door was locked. Waste of my time to wake up early and drive across town.

Good Morning,

My sister and I came together last night. We both literally got tears in our eyes, we have both been at a loss and feel like there is no hope..and that was what the scripture was about. I truly thank you and appreciate you offer Holy Yoga. It truly touched my heart, mind, body and soul. Thank you so very much!!

Yours Truly,
Brandy Dennis

The studio, reception, storage, and sitting areas were all clean and welcoming. Yoga instructor knew what she was doing. I appreciate the Holy Yoga class being led by a Christian with gentleness and wise words. I would love to return for another class.

Holy Yoga with Katherine is a wonderful class! She is very knowledgeable and can readily offer modifications for individuals whose practice differs from what is being taught. She is kind and compassionate and welcomes all to her class.

Salt Yoga is an inclusive studio, welcoming individuals of all ages, shapes, sizes, cultures, and walks of life. They are supportive of each individual's growth and celebrate with them on their journey!

I’ve been trying out this yoga studio for the last 10 days. I’ve taken classes from 5 different instructors so far. Each classs has been so motivating and rewarding. I’m now moving on the 6 month package β€” I’m addicted!! I’m totally a beginner and have taken classes w/all levels of ability at Salt Yoga. Ive never felt intimidated nor self conscious. I can’t get over how much it has already helped my overall since of well-being. I’m looking forward to 2018 and yoga being part of my weekly schedule. So glad I decided to just jump in. If I can, anyone can.

Dudes. Don't knock it 'til you try it. Hot yoga is intense, but SALT is a great place for anyone (beginner or expert) to try something new. Membership is a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for. Great & friendly instructors, nice/calm atmosphere. #WorthIt

I started going to Salt Yoga about the middle of November 2015. After only a few days my husband asked me how many times I had gone to class. He was noticing an increased tone and definition in my muscles. I had signed up for the ten classes for ten dollars to be done in ten days. I had gone seven times in ten days. I was hooked. I went to as many different instructors as I could during those ten days. I was still working then and the holidays were upon me, needless to say I was busy. But the calmness I experienced by going to class (not to mention the positive changes in my body) was enough to sign up for the three consecutive month classes. You see, Salt is more than just movement of your body , it is yoking the body and spirit to release the mind from the constant chatter we experience nonstop everyday,(our brain is constantly churning out thoughts). Yes you work hard during class but all of the instructors encourage and support you. You begin to feel like you are part of a larger community, your sweaty yogi classmates. At the end of class you have a few minutes to completely relax, it is heaven. The instructor may say something or read an encouraging paragraph. It is not religious or in any way pushing any faith on you. It just makes you realize people are special.
