$30.00 for each person to attend a CHILDS basketball tournament! That price makes it extremely difficult for a whole family to watch! "FAMILY! Life Center, not at that price. Half the family is sitting out in the car because of your crazy high entry fee! Price Gouging Life Center is more like it! I did call like the center had suggested in another post and the Center blames the price on the league. I've been to other league games and the prices were drastically different than here, so I don't believe you. If it really isn't just the Center's greed, then have the league sign a contract with a maximum entry fee that is actually reasonable!

Very disappointed. We booked three pickleball courts at $40 per court. The reservation was listed under two names and those were the only two who did not have to pay an additional $10 per head! No one was told that we needed to pay an additional fee. You would think that when we rent a court, at least four of our players would be covered per court. A ridiculous price for mediocre courts that you have to dodge basketball games to get to.

For the past two weeks we have had 2 boys asking for donatio
ns for jerseys all over the neighborhood. The neighborhood is Surrey Hills in Yukon. Boys stated coach dropped them off to canvas the neighborhood. They had no info at all. Just asking for cash. Could not even answer what sport they played. Stated they were from your nonprofit.

So disappointing to drive from out of town and have to pay $20-$30 per head! I understand an entry fee but that price is outrageous. If you guys were truly a family life center you wouldnβt make families choose between watching their child and finances. Not only that, but every staff member was RUDE. Iβd like to know where the money is going cause itβs definitely not the facility. Gross outdated bathrooms, Seating options are very limited and so close to the court lines, it is a hazard to both players and spectators. Do better.

The worst stadium ever played at. The benches are only 2 feet from the court, many kids run into the bench and got injured during basketball games. Also, the organization allow their home team playing dirty without calling the fouls. so disgusting!

I called to cancel my membership in October 2022 and that I did not want to renew my membership. they told me they would βnotate the accountβ and cancel it out in July 2023. I was not told I had to sign any termination form since I was allowing my account to run its full course. Well, I was charged today for the month of August 2023 so I call the location for a refund. Again, havenβt been to this location since sometime last year. I spoke to Nick, who told me they tried to send a termination form to an email account that was not my email and said it was my fault because I didnβt call back to follow up so I wouldnβt receive a refund. What a rip off! So they are keeping my money and giving me nothing in return. As a mom with a recent life changing event, I am livid that they offered nothing for THEIR mistake. Even Nick saw the note in the account, but still said itβs my fault for not calling no back, even though no one said I needed to fill out a form in October. Donβt let this company scam you when youβre ready to cancel and always go in house to complete the process.

Great athletic club in north OKC. I play pickle ball here regularly. They have nice basketball courts and a great pool too. Itβs not overly crowded and while itβs an older facility, they e done a nice job keeping it up. Membership definitely saves you money if your playing pickle ball regularly.

SSFLC is a wonderful facility and organization that is so much more than just a community gym. As a wheelchair user, adaptive sports & fitness athlete, and a veteran, they have provided me with so much support and opportunity to improve myself both as an athlete and as a person. The fitness rooms have adaptive equipment that you just wonβt find in most gyms and the staff are available & happy to show you how to use all of it. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly, and your fellow gym rats are always willing to step in & spot you, share workout tips & tricks, or just have a friendly chat.
They also partner with the OKC VA to offer adaptive sports clinics to disabled veterans which help build confidence, allow socialization, and manage chronic pain and PTSD. But thatβs not all. There are also adaptive sports clinics for the community at large, a weekly wheelchair-based group workout called Push Club, and their new monthly Wheelie Club to introduce kids to adaptive sports. All of these are free and open to disabled & able-bodied people alike (they have sports chairs you can borrow), and I was honored to be asked & allowed to volunteer to help coach the kids and lead the Push Club workouts for the month of April 2023.
All of the above is just the tip of the iceberg. SSFLC offers more than I could list here, but their commitment to being the premiere destination for adult and youth adaptive sports & fitness in central Oklahoma is a major part of their overall mission. I would strongly encourage anyone with a disability or physical/cognitive limitation, and parents/family of someone with a disability or limitation, to come & see what SSFLC has to offer. The opportunities to be active and social can be life changing!

Santa Fe Family Life Center goes above and beyond to make their facility accessible for ALL.
SFFLC provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged youth to participate in sports and fitness activities.
They offer classes that are accessible for all, provide workout equipment for wheelchair users, they have sport wheelchairs for activities like basketball, and so many different opportunities for those with disabilities.
Their knowledge, education, and willingness to continue bettering says SO much for a facility.
Thank you Santa Fe Family Life Center.

Sadly, they only care about their contracts, policy and money.
I chose to work out here at the request of my personal trainer.
Although I enjoyed the facility and everyone at the front desk was friendly, when it came time for us to cancel we happened to cancel a few weeks after our auto-renew contract of 6 months. So although we gave notice, they informed us that we will pay the remaining 5 months of our contract because βitβs our policyβ.
I should add that after Nick said there is absolutely nothing we can do, he then offered to βlet us out of our contract todayβ at just half the cost of the remaining payments. So it turns out there was something he could do, meaning that he could have let me out of my contract entirely, but chose not.
This was not sufficient for me as I am no longer using their facilities, theyβre continuing to take my money even though I asked for help and understanding with getting out of a contract I didnβt know I had. I thought we had a month to month contract and at the very least I thought we would receive communication before the auto-renew would go through.
Sadly, I wouldnβt recommend this gym.
Any business that forces someone to pay a contract when they tried to cancel, give notice, no longer use the facility and communicate - doesnβt sit well with me.
Santa Fe Family Life Center only cares about the money.

This man should never ref a kids game again. For years I have watched this guy ruin basketball games. It is extremely clear who he wants to win and he stops at nothing to make sure it happens to include stopping play to touch all up on our kids before free-throws.
Videos were made and submitted to proper channels. From now on I will post reviews on here with pictures of refs that are responsible for Santa Fe losing so many teams for their youth basketball leagues.

We play basketball here and this is my least favorite gym. The officials are horrible. I honestly believe the make side money from teams. The pushing, hacking, over the back, slapping. It is ridiculous. You will know with in the first 5 minutes of the game who the officials are for. One team will shot 20 free thrown and the other none. They only reff on end of the court but want you to pay 200 a tournament. These tournaments have went down hill and that is why they can not get more than 3 team in a bracket. Do better Santa fe

Ridiculous to call this place a Family Life Center with the basketball referees who cuss fans and ask them to meet them in the parking lot. There were witnesses and a Facebook live video of it. The referee has the authority to kick a fan out, if they deem necessary, no problem with that, but to cuss them and tell them, theyβll meet them in the parking lot, is totally unacceptable, when the referees should be the ones showing the kids sportsmanship, wWOW, what worthless role models.

First off this was our teams first time to play in this facility/league. Definitely another step up in competition. Facility wise it's okay nothing special to note. Let me start with the officiating which is HORRIBLE. I read through reviews on here and other people said how they were bad and they really are. Constant hacking, slapping, reaching, over the back, pushing and I could go on. I don't want to hear the same dumb excuse of our officials are certified through OSSAA. They insult the integrity of the game of basketball truly. That's the normal response to anyone complaining. The league switched our schedule 3 different weeks for renovations so we had to play our final 4 regular season games on a Friday night and then come back and play a double header
the next morning. Then we played the post season tournament right after that same day. This league does not care if your happy with their service they simply want your money. I will not tell anyone or recommend anyone to come here. Your officials will possibly have a youth injured because their lack of paying attention or caring for the game of basketball. Sante Fe is a joke

I joined this gym during the summer of 2020 as my personal trainer was working out of here and unfortunately did not utilize the membership due to COVID. I stopped training with my trainer and I attempted to cancel however you are locked in for the full year. I turned in my contract termination papers and unfortunately the contract auto renews without you being alerted. If you do not plan on renewing your membership be sure to set a reminder to turn in your termination paperwork in person. You will not receive an email or notification to let you know that your yearly membership will auto renew. Save money! Donβt be like me :) Facilities are adequate and probably better suited for someone interested in the basketball courts or pool rather than just as a gym.

Read all of your contract before you sign anything. I was there visiting for a month for school and I SPECIFICALLY told the front desk guy that. He says ok no worries Iβll put that in your notes and takes my money. He never mentioned a termination letter or anything. I move back to Texas and realize Iβm being charged a few months later. I called to ask why and was basically patronized by the front desk guy for βnot knowing how to read terms and conditionsβ and that I should pay more attention to my bank account. The actual gym is small and crowded and the equipment is old. Not worth 48$ a month unless youβre wanting to watch AAU teams practice all day and take up all the basketball courts.

Ehhh!/ well to correct it, let's start with the refs, not all but most knowing the game of basketball. Terrible calls. To add insult to injury, keeping score. In all the games, ALL!!! The scores were incorrect, 3's been counted as 2 points, and in most cases scores not added in when a basket was made. This ones my favorite. Scores added to the wrong team. I don't know if these girls are doing tiktok while doing this but I left your facility with a headache. Thank God I don't experience this often but this was overkill.
