Been going to Science Fit for several months now and it's been a great experience! I appreciate the personalized training with the instructor that way you don't feel lost on what you need to do. It has opened my eyes on how to tackle my fitness goals and make new ones. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. If you're looking to gain strength and improve your overall fitness then I definitely recommend this place!

I have worked out at Science Fit for over 6 years. If you regularly attend, this program gives you the maximum results with the least amount of time invested... truly the perfect fit for busy individuals.
Three years ago I was challenged to a spontaneous planking competition with several other persons, all of whom were younger (by at least 15 years) but basically fit individuals and at least one who worked out several times a week at a fitness center. I outlasted them all.
To me that proved the results one can achieve with only a once per week commitment. And, by having a personal trainer, they can easily adjust the workout to fit what I need and how I am doing at the time.
I do this workout so that I can do the all the physical/sports/yard work/house work etc. things I want to do.
Each trainer provides uninterrupted focus to a client during their scheduled workout time, so don't be put off by having to leave a message if you contact them. They will get back to you.

I have been a client of Science Fit for more than six years, and I'm very satisfied with my experience and the results I've obtained. As advertised, the workouts are intense, low-impact, and efficient. I can get the same results in one weekly, thirty minute training session that used to take three or four workouts a week at the gym. I like that the workouts are private, one-on-one, with total focus on the client. The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable, and the health and safety of the client is always a priority. Highly recommended for increasing strength and maintaining health.

No kidding, I noticed a huge improvement in my weight, waistline, strength, and balance in a matter of 2-3 months, and it continues to get better. I have been a client at Science Fit for over 6 years. It is an efficient high intensity interval training workout based on scientific research and run by a board certified MD. My weekly workouts not only challenge me but fit into my busy schedule. My workouts there have allowed me to maintain muscle tone and increase my strength. They design workouts based on your fitness level and take into account any past injuries or current limitations. Great for any age!

I have been to several gyms and personal trainers throughout the years, but had never been satisfied until I found Science Fit about 6 years ago. Dr. Milligan and his staff are very friendly & knowledgeable, and I know I will always get a great workout that is tailored to my bodyβs specific needs. The facility is very nice, clean and easy to access right off of Kilpatrick Turnpike. They do everything they can to make your workout experience as pleasant as possible.

Science Fit is the best way to get or stay fit. After almost 8 years, I am healthier than ever and much stronger than when I started. The staff understands individual capabilities and makes sure the protocol is exactly what that person needs. This training and proper diet keep me off all medication and away from conventional medical doctors except for routine checkups.
Yes, this requires commitment on my part. Once a week for 30 minutes. Sure beats spending hours on a treadmill or running or working out in a noisy gym with a lot of other people.
They have always been very responsive to any email or text. I have never had an appointment canceled or changed by them. They work very hard to find a time slot for me on the rare occasion I need to reschedule.

If you want to get into or stay in shape and have limited time this is the place for you.
Your workout regimen will be designed by a Board Certified Medical doctor. Using proven methods a once or two 30 minute sessions accomplishes better results than hours spent in a crowded gym.

6 years ago, I started training at Science Fit at the suggestion of my doctor who explained Science FIt to be owned and operated by an MD who chooses to focus on wellness instead of sickness, and that the private workouts required only 30 minutes two times a week. Prior to that time I was exercising 8 or more hours a week, hurting myself about twice a year though over exertion, and had just finished healing from my most recent self inflicted injury. During that healing process, I had ballooned to 29.2% body fat. I decided to give Science Fit a try. Today I have six years without injury, have dropped 8.4% body fat, and have gained 41.5 pounds of lean muscle mass. As you can imagine, I am a satisfied customer. If you choose to call 748-2800 expect to leave a message and get a call back. That is because they work one trainer with one client at a time and will not leave the side of their client for any reason including your call. Am, I totally satisfied? No, I am not. I need to drop another 5% body fat and gain another 5lbs of muscle. The things standing in my way are all the foods I love. Maybe 2019 is my year to set better priorities. To my knowledge, there is no other place like this place in the metro. Good luck on your personal fitness journey.

In April of 2019 I will have been going to Science Fit for 2 years. It's one of the best workouts one can get. Highly professional. All workouts are private and scheduled and the entire workout is a total of 25 minutes. I've gone down two pants sizes and feel better than I've felt since my 20's. If you research High Intensity Interval Training you will see just how good it is for your heart. Challenging workout for anybody!
