Went to go check out the place because my gym is too far away and I figured I would try out the free one-day pass, but once I got there the lady was very rude and said that it would cost $5 when I literally says on the website that it was free. I'll stick with my normal gym!

When I was a member they were open 24hrs. I hope it's the same now. Good place to train and good staff. I moved a little too far away so canceled but I deffinately recommend.

Inquire about a membership/day pass on March 8th ,2022 . Sent a follow up email and still got no response. Called to schedule a tour within business hours. Call immediately went south . I introduced myself and said I sent a email regarding joining the gym and ask if I could swing by

The response I got was unnecessarily rude . Front desk snap and said they don’t always have time to check emails just stop by during regular business hours .

I’m going to skip this facility. A business being rude to a potential customer is a red flag .

Rejoined after outgrowing my other location. This place has a better selection of equipment and they have a stair mill!!! The owner is very helpful and professional. Place is clean and all the members I came in contact with were great. There is a gentleman that keeps the place very clean and tidy and he is so kind and fun to chat with. The environment and energy is super motivating. Looking forward to making this my home gym.

Love this gym! My fiancée and I signed up a while back, and have loved it ever since! The staff is very helpful and professional.Everyone has a good understanding on gym manners and helping keep it clean! I’ve been to many gyms, and this is the only gym that doesn’t feel like a complete rip-off.

We joined a couple months ago. Very reasonable rates especially for couples/family memberships (kids over 18 I believe, maybe 16). We were paying a premium for HIIT classes at another place but with a little self discipline this place is perfect. Membership is month to month like most places.

They have cardio equip, weights, a room for stretching or jumping around if that’s your thing, etc and they have a good selection. Good blend of clients of all shapes and sizes and you feel welcome as everyone’s just doing their own thing. Music selection is clean, TVs at every cardio station to keep you distracted. Temp can be a little warm but very tolerable.

All in all, glad we joined. Way better then paying big bucks for a bike or other home machine. I figure we can go here for 3-4 years before the cost of a fancy home machine would pay off.

This is a great gym. The month to month is awesome and they have everything you need. Most times I'm at the gym there is hardly anyone there. So it's nice to have the place to yourself. I highly recommend this gym.
