trying to sign up here is so dumb because you have to have a key card to get in. but in order to get a key card you have to somehow manage to get inside to talk to someone. i’ve been up there twice now and just stood in front of the door awkwardly because no one was at the front to let me in. i’ve tried calling during staffed hours but of course no one answers. idk what im supposed to do besides wait for someone else to let me in when they just so happen to be going to the gym or just wait at the front door awkwardly every day until someone notices me. i wanted to try this gym out but this is to frustrating i don’t want to give them my business ill just end up going to the ymca

Don’t let the exterior appearance fool you, this place has everything you need and they were able to offer me a 1 week pass since I’m here for work with a reasonable cost.

The best, cleanest, most helpful staffed, largest variety of equipment gym/fitness center I have been to in Oklahoma. I feel that the owner and her professional staff, are what makes this, "The Top of the Line Gym" to keep ones health in tip top shape! It is truly an All Inclusive Amazing Experience for All ages and fit level.

24hour access with a gym card, tanning beds, showers, and key access for restroom & shower, there is a separate restroom for the non key. Cleaning supplies in every corner area.
Crossfit for whoever wants an intense workouts
At certain times in their back part of the gym. It’s huge in there. They have their own restrooms too.
The staff leave at 6pm. This is by far the Best place to Workout at any time💪🏼😀👍🏻

I like the gym itself but there are always bugs everywhere. Almost as if they don’t clean. The bathrooms don’t have enough towel hooks and I wish the bathroom also had a full size mirror to check on progress. The gym also needs at least one more lat pull-down cable assist

Best gym I've ever used mostly due to the staff. Friendly atmosphere. I feel comfortable and know if I'm making an error using equipment they'll gladly assist me. Good variety of equipment so I get a well rounded work out. Lots of services to choose from but I went with the basic package since I just getting back in to working out at a gym.
