This location is way better than the MWC location. Mark is a great guy and deserves a raise.

People at MWC location tried throwing him under the bus to get me locked into a new contract. I recommend this location and not the Midwest City one.

My son's and I have been members for about 2 years. Love the place, it may be a small gym but it's a small town and this gym does their best to have just about everything you need to get a solid workout. The close cozy environment may not be for everyone, but it promotes face to face socializing, which is not a bad thing in today's digital era. The staff that my boys and I have interacted with has been stellar and I really have no complaints. Any concerns that I have had i have taken it to the staff and they have always looked into it. Good job!

For the most part I like the Harrah location but the workout floor is crowded with machines making getting around difficult for an older person. Also, the building is old and there are no locks on the lockers in the bathrooms.

I recently started going to Shape Fitness, and I absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly and supportive. I’ve been going to this gym for about 4 years now. Never once have I had a complaint! Everyone is very nice, and they always say hello and goodbye! I highly recommend this gym whether your bodybuilder, powerlifter, and strictly a cardio person! There is plenty of machines for everyone to enjoy!

My husband and I joined this gym a year ago, and we are so happy with it! We live closer to another Shape location, but prefer to drive to Harrah because of how clean it is, and how kind and helpful the staff is. Their kids room is always clean and a great place for kids to play while parents are working out. This gym has a very small town feel and we have made lots of friends with other members who workout at the same time that we do. If you’re looking for a clean, and friendly environment to workout, I highly recommend this place!

Ive been a member here for over 3 years, absolutely love coming here! The entire staff are always very friendly and courteous. I have trained in many gyms over the years and this gym is by far the the cleanest one I have ever been in, the equipment is very nice, very well taken care of and a great selection! This place has great gym culture. Management at this specific location is excellent and extremely nice. Not sure what the bad review about being dirty was, I’m there daily and it’s clean. The upper upper management (not here) hasn’t invested much in it and seems forgotten occasionally, but for a small town gym, it’s excellent. Sadly, Nicole makes it brutal to cancel or remove someone from your account and makes the typical gym cancel look easy. Besides that, I’ve grown to love the Harrah gym and its people.

Dirty, multiple areas that are coming apart or is desperately in need of repair. They dont spend any money or time on improvements at this location. I've watched broken equipment get replaced with excessively used 2nd hand equipment. They charge top doller for very little to offer. Go somewhere else or drive to a different location.

I'd been going to this gym for a little over a year. This is a great gym in a small town area that was close to where I lived. Staff is always very friendly, encouraging and respectful. The equipment is cleaned regularly throughout the day and, in my experience, has always been working properly. I had to move away, but I had a great time and always looked forward to going to this gym.

I have been there a little over a year. It's good small gym needs a few updates. Its the big gym feel in a small town atmosphere. The amazing staff is a huge plus never to busy to answer any and all questions. They have a list of personal trainers if you is needed. Never any hassle over machines. If your looking to get in shape and not bur judged. The members are respectful of everyone own personal journey. They are all suoer friendly and won't hesitate to help. Sign up and make some new friends. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

Machines are pretty nice. Men's changing room is falling apart and has mold and such. Staff doesn't seem to care much about the building or customer relations, at least not the older fella I've seen there a few times. Probably will just go to the Choctaw location from now on, not really worth all the hassle in my opinion.

Graduated as a panther a while ago, since then have been living between Tampa & Baghdad Iraq as a private contractor...I've used a lot of Mega-Gyms and tiny make-shift gyms. Shape gets 5 stars because Ms. Donna and the patrons are all so friendly and this gym is PACKED with well maintained weights. You will Not have difficulty workingout Every muscle grou at this gym!

This gym has old and poorly functioning recumbent bikes. Their customer service is horrible. I will drive 20 miles to go to another gym before stepping foot in this place ever again. The only reason they get one star is because I have to give it that, otherwise it would be zero.
