I have been going everyday to this gym since 11/2/2024. I have totally changed the way I look. From 300lbs of fat to 255lbs of muscle. The space in the gym is good I don’t have to worry about crowding people, the place is clean and good equipment. They fix what gets messed up because someone goes to hard… like every other place they want to be better for the customer I have not had any problem with anyone there. Everyone wants everyone to be better. If you want to join I might even pump you up with words of encouragement.

Shape Fitness Meeker is an outstanding gym. If you are looking for a place to work out I highly recommend it. There's lots of cardio machines, free weights and tanning beds. The staff is very knowledgeable and keep the place really clean.

Another scam gym that locks you into payments. Even when I fulfilled my contract and was free to leave, I had to call them 3 different times, plus emailed back and forth to get them to stop taking MY money. The facilities are not great for the cost and they can’t get the temperature inside the location to stay at a comfortable level. The cleanliness is nowhere near what a gym should be.

Nice small town gym. A staff member isn't always there, but there's always someone watching.

I watched a couple of people come in, and only one used the membership card. The phone on the counter started ringing. And rang and rang. Finally one of the people answered and was questioned intently about the person who didn't card in. They had just forgotten and carded in.

I suppose I understand they have to protect their investment, but I was mildly creeped out. Big brother is always watching! Hah!

Wonderful hometown gym. The Staff is very kind and helpful. Facilities were always clean. Keycard access is wonderful. The equipment (although not brand new) is more than sufficient for everything I needed (weight lifting and circuit training). The cost is comparable to most other gyms. If you live in the Meeker / Prague area, you don’t really have much other option for a gym. The ONLY thing I would change is the payment options and contact (1 yr or 2yr). The only payment option they offer is direct EFT from your account. I would much prefer being able to pay via credit card. As for the contact , I believe a small town gym can easily get away with this forced 1 year or 2 year contact, but if some other gym comes to town and offers a month to month option, you can Garunttee that Shape would have to change their business model or they would go out of business. I get it, gyms exist off of contracts…but we now live in a world where expenses like this (subscriptions) can be canceled at any time without question or penalty, so hopefully shape will move in that direction. Either way, it’s the only good option for now.

Almost impossible to cancel your membership. You have to pay out you full membership or move 25 mile away from any of the other gyms they own!!! Ridiculous!!!!
