Classes + instructors are great and the gym is very clean. The employees are generally pleasant and nice, but there has been a mixup on my account for two months now and the issue still has not been resolved even though I have talked to a few employees at two locations. I either don’t receive a response back or no one knows how to resolve the issue.

Two of the three locations are easily accessible from home, school and work. I love the flexibility of classes, machines, weights, etc. The cleanliness is a big factor, as well as the amenities, including steam room, showers, lockers, towels. So far ALL is Excellent. Sky BA has excellent child care. My kids are 9 and 6 and love going. They have so much fun and ask to go, which makes it easier on me to get to have a great workout. Baily and Bonnie in Sky kids take such good care of them. They know their names and greet them every time making them feel special. I love the environment.

Equipment is mediocre at best at the BA location. The main water fountain has been hot water for 6-8 months yet we pay the same $60 price as Sky South members with three times the facility and equipment options. Management at BA has never been what it is at the other locations. Time to switch gyms. ✌🏻

I love the staff. The staff always trumps all other gyms even ones with more amenities (I had more than one membership one at Lifetime, 10 gym, and briefly trained at the Hub [also a great gym environment] while having my sky membership), Emily is always so kind and helpful, Autumn even tho she works at the south one now is such a sweetheart with a great positive attitude always, and the smiley guy at the front desk (only one who I am having a brain fart on the name) is always on point and warm and welcoming! That is just a few, everyone on the staff is amazing honestly. Trainers too! Always have wonderful people doing an amazing job cleaning, never dealt with it ever looking dirty! Great environment no matter the time you go. Such a fabulous gym that I love!

One on one training is a must have! I could hardly walk without stopping to put my knee up 2 weeks ago. Now I am walking over 3 miles a day and able to do more in a workout than I dreamed possible without a knee replacement.

I have been going to Sky Fitness in Broken Arrow since they opened and it is the best gym experience I have had in the 20 years I have been going to the gym! I actually switched over from Lifetime, which is a great fitness center, but I like the smaller more personal atmosphere at Sky BA and it is so convenient and close to my office and home. I mostly go to the classes, but I also train with Chelsea when I get the chance and she is awesome! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone wanting to be a part of a great fitness community!

I have enjoyed and benefited from the Spin Cycle classes. All the instructors are different and it keeps the classes instersting. I enjoy Kelly’s class because she offers guidance to make sure you are position correcting on the cycle. It has helped me become a stronger and more powerful rider when cycling outdoors.

I have to give credit to Jeff. He has helped me to set realistic goals to increase spin and strength.

I would encourage anybody to try out all the spin classes. It is a great group that lead the classes.

Great gym for everyday workouts. Never to packed clean bathrooms with towels. Steam room. Affordable monthly fees and even inexpensive personal trainers. Few things missing sauna, swimming pool and hot tub. Plus the last gym I went to had a cafe and a legit rock walls. 3 locations are nice and make for ease of working out. They close at 10 so a little early for some. Over all a great everyday gym which is really what fitness is all about.

Great place, great staff and most of the classes are pretty awsome. It can be pretty packed during peak hours. It has a steam room but no sauna like the Yale location. The only thing I wish I could change about this gym is making it 24 hour gym, its hard to make it during reg hours sometimes and they close very early at 9 during the weekend and 10 during the week.

We’ve been to the BA gym since it opened. It has a great variety of equipment and classes. The staff is very friendly and the overall environment feels great. But, the most impact they’ve had with me is when I gave them a 7 rating due to a couple needs that had been neglected I was contacted by the GM. I gave him my feedback and within a couple days the needs were addressed and he followed up with me to let me know. That’s service!

The instructors and trainers are very good. I believe Rebecca is the one who hires them and she is the bomb. I have been a trainer and instructor for several gyms over the past 10 years and I haven't been to a gym where every instructor I've come across is amazing. I have taught Zumba and never have I taken classes from another instructor I respect more than Monica. She is an incredible instructor as is Melissa who teaches body pump. I love the fitness monitors as well. It is so fun! Also, I took a 3 week class by Stephanie Ecklund and it was the best glutz class I have EVER taken. I have NEVER worked out my butt like that in my life. That is saying a lot because I've studied personal training at OU as well as nutrition and could never figure out how to target the glutz in such a way. I am BLOWN away by her skill. Blown the heck away. You should all be very proud of your work there at BA. Also, we went to Sky on Yale a few years back...it was alright...but not like BA. I also enjoy the set up of the gym floor at BA a lot better.

Gym is nice but honestly there's not much diversity in this gym. The front desk is usually manned by blonde caucasian women. Hire some other races to make it a welcoming place to others who are not white. Also, hire ones who will make an effort to learn your rules and policies fast enough. It's so inconvenient to sit and wait while staff figures out the answer to a simple question.
